We ordered a Hypnos mattress on Sunday which was delivered the next day. Sam in the store was very helpful and friendly. He gave us good advice so we could pick the right mattress for us. The delivery staff were very polite they even put down carpet so they did not walk on my carpets with wet shoes.
We will definitely be telling our family and friends to shop at Hampton and McMurray for value for money but more importantly the best customer service we have had in a very long time.

Staff from sales, office, delivery and warehouse have all got Excellent customer care. Have dealt with this company before and would not hesitate to go back. Would highly recommend. A. M.Ordered over the phone on a price match promise. A bit difficult way to do things but soon got sorted. Manufacturer's delay meant a split delivery November and January, at no extra delivery charge. Delivery men called in advance and were very careful taking furniture upstairs. Placed just where we wanted. All packaging removed. Highly recommend.
