Well, pushy staff, the minute u walk in door, can I help you. This is on offer, that's lovely, this is lovely, how do they know what we want. If customers want help they'll tell staff. Also if u want to buy something, make sure u have an email address, because no email address, no sale. Come on Oakland, not everyone has an email address

The range of furniture on display was well set out & matched with what was available to see on the website. Decided to buy a range of furniture but the salesman left us to wander & view with no pressure except an occasional checking if we needed any help.

Can't recommend enough when we were there the other day with my daughter who was ordering furniture. Jake the assistant manager was extremely helpful and we left extremely happy with the service he gave us.

Have made a few purchases over the years from here. Beds bought are excellent although did have a problem with mattress. It was changed eventually but online only way to deal with customer complaints and it took writing a bad review on Facebook before anyone responded.

Hugh was very helpful great customer service. Only 1 small criticism they really need to input their latest sale prices into the computer to match their shop floor point of sale noticed a few discrepancies. This is no reflection on the floor staff as their POS.. is correct id imagine its a headquarter issue..

Positive: This store has good quality solid oak furniture. Negative Initially i was told there was free delivery, a large sign outside on the building said FREE DELIVERY, when i was about to place my order over £1400, when I told the salesman I was not going to get the key for my new house for entry until another 5 weeks the salesman and then the assistant manager told me I will have to pay £40 for the delivery. The company will only give free delivery if it is delivered within 21 days from day of purchase. As a result they were adamant i was not going to get the free delivery as stated on their sign on the building. Hence they lost the sale and I purchased my furniture right next door at a considerable lower price, saves me hundreds of pounds. Oh i also was given free delivery and a 5% discount.

Good furniture but not cheap delivery times are a while on some things up to 9 weeks we settled on stuff that would take 11 days but had to pay £40 extra or it would have been 5 weeks to delivery. Took the cover out as well for when the weans inevitably wreck it which works out at £10 a year for accidental damage etc
