Recently bought a really comfy king size mattress to replace one previously bought here years ago. The young lady in the showroom was exceedingly friendly and helpful. And with the order placed we were able to choose a delivery slot and the guys delivered spot on time. They were excellent-even brought their own shoe covers to protect the carpet! A pleasure to deal with Robinson’s from start to finish- well done!

We've had an excellent experience with Robinsons Beds: friendly, personal attention by email and phone, careful but not intrusive help when reviewing beds in the showroom, and they were able to provide a mattress with bespoke build up and at an awkward size to meet our needs. The team are lovely first of all, regardless who you speak to, and always the products are of the highest quality. Our impartial view on issues and mistakes is that they happen to all companies, and this is due to the fragile and larger nature of the boxes involved and often the overseas shipping. We can safely say out of all of our retail partners, Robinsons literally have a 100% hit rate with sorting any issues with our customers, and this should be a buyers focus. We all dream of having an error free experience but the crunch comes with finding a company who will deal with these issues consistently and to the satisfaction of the customers. Even taking ourselves, Robinsons have chosen us to help fit a number of projects, and the fact is we arent a cost focused company. I would like to thank you very much for the first class service from helping me to select a mattress through to the delivery of the mattress. Leonie's very friendly approach put me at ease immediately and allowed me to ask questions about the many mattresses in the showroom. Her expert advice made me sure that I had purchased the correct one. As was explained to me when I made the purchase, the delivery drivers called me an hour before delivery, they then arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. The mattress is high quality and feels luxurious. After many years with my old mattress, I am looking forward to using the new one. Robinsons Beds’ showroom is simply but effectively laid out. It gives customers the space to explore and appreciate the extensive range of models on offer. All the beds, particularly those that are hand built, are of excellent quality and very good value. Booked a time slot online. Staff very professional and helpful. Time was taken to talk through different styles and process of designing and ordering bespoke bedroom headboard. Price surprisingly competitive for such a bespoke item. Non pushy. Will definitely be returning to place an order once I get started on redecorating the bedroom.

Josephine Cicero Design Robinsons are one of my favourite suppliers. Not only are they accepting of any challenge and I have given them many. Such as unusual headboard shapes, with frames and tricky fabrics etc. They also manufacture incredibly promptly and to the highest standards. Robinsons are incredible. 5 years ago we went to them with an idea for a bed that we just couldn't find in the shops. They built it and shipped it to our new home in London within 8 weeks. After 5 years, it still looks like new. An investment, fashion statement and pure quality. Don't be put off by price, you won't get better quality or service anywhere else!
