Absolutely fantastic company, I've never had a better furniture buying experience. We brought 2 sofa's, 1 big corner sofa and a 2 seater, both were sold as a bundle for a great price. We paid for the sofa on Sunday at around 3pm. At 5pm we got a call to arrange delivery and the sofas were delivered at 7.30am on Monday! Less than 24 hours later! The delivery drivers were lovely and did a great job bringing the sofas in and made sure we were happy before they left. The sofas arrived like new and they are so comfortable. I honestly can't recommend Abode enough. I will continue to buy my furniture from them in the future.

After looking for months for a patterned chair I came across 1st Class 2nd Hand Furniture. I ordered an Ex display DFS Swivel chair to go with my sofa in the living room. The next day I received a phone call off Steve asking me if a delivery date for the next weeK was Ok for me which it was, I also received confirmation texts. They rang me half an hour before the delivery was due to arrive to check someone was going to be in and it arrived as he said it would. The chair is perfect £400 cheaper than it is still selling for in DFS, no delivery charges which I always hate paying for and the customer service was absolutley fantastic, will definately recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Considering I am in the Midlands and the company is in the South the delivery was quick and very reliable too.

Can’t fault anything really. Bought the sofa on Saturday afternoon for what we thought was a great price. Arrived the following Monday. The lads who delivered were friendly and efficient, as were the people we spoke to in the showroom!

Thoroughly recommend, showroom is well laid out and easy to navigate, staff are professional and on the ball. Popped in at lunchtime and had the sofa in my house by 9:30 the next morning! Sofa is in excellent condition, and I could easily be fooled into thinking it’s brand new.

Excellent service, courier to N. Wales included in price and good comms with driver to give a delivery window. Sofas in excellent condition and great to get nearly new, fully cleaned. On time, as described and as measured (the important part!). Would definitely use again. Great range and had exactly what we needed as a double sofa bed, single armchair and storage footstool all in same range.

When we went to look for sum furniture I first spoken to young salesman Jorden who was so help full told me the price me and wife where so inpresed with young sales man Jorden nothing was to much trouble we then discussed to buy it Jorden said it would be delivered next Tuesday which we where happy with that we then paid left the show room into my car Jorden came running out to say they could deliver tomorrow which made us real happy. Today it delivered and it was delivered and put together and the delery team where so helpfull we are so happy we did go into your store best thing we did 100% happy if we ever want any more furniture we will be back. Not sure the sales man name was but he was 101%

Absolutely brilliant. Great sofa at a fraction of the original price. So easy to buy and the guys in store and on delivery we’re excellent. Customer service was awesome throughout and even though I had to rearrange delivery TWICE (my fault entirely) Steve and everyone were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Sofa arrived in very good condition looked new, the 2 man delivery team were absolutely brilliant, got the sofa up to a second floor flat through tight corners and set it up. It would be good if the website had more detail on the sofas such as manufacturer, model, approximate age, if the cushions are upgraded foam or standard fibre filling, etc. Anyway, 5-star from me. Would definitely recommend

The sofa we wanted wasn’t in stock at the Gloucester branch but they sent us a video of it. Ordered online with a 15% discount and they had it delivered in a few days. Great service from the man in store and from the online team. Our new sofa and chair are super comfy and were fantastic value.

The staff were friendly and helpful... there was no pressure to buy and everyone was willing to provide any relevant information. We did end up buying a beautiful suite at a great price (almost half the RRP!) Delivery was organised promptly (within three days of purchase) and for a modest extra fee, they took away our knackered sofa set. The guys that did the delivery were jovial and hardworking, despite it being early in the morning. All in all, this was a great experience!
