w. w.I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store and bought a bed. Very helpful staff.
T. B.The delivery drivers kept us up to date on the delivery. They were polite on delivery and asked if shoes needed to be removed. When unpacking the bed they noted a fault with the base so we could inform Benson Beds the head base section had been damaged. They could have easily placed the mattress on the bed and we would not have noticed. It was nice to see honesty that there was an issue with the bed.
A. F.When I ordered the bed I only gave a mobile phone number because the shop could not print off a receipt and it had to be forwarded. I explained that I did not normally use a mobile phone so that any calls would go unanswered as it wasn't used. As a result I made clear that the landline was to be used. As the delivery was to a Care home it must not be too early in the day. Despite my warning you sent a text message to the unused phone and I discovered too late that you delivering between 7am and 1pm and the distribution centre was closed for the weekend.
Not very user-friendly.

She showed me all my options and the prices and didn't mind when I kept trying the beds to make sure I was happy with what I was getting

k. m.I just took delivery of 4 beds and one of the had a factory error. I will contacting Bensons for Beds to get it fixed and would update my rating once I've resolved it. It will include their response time to customer complaints.
