Brilliant price £169 for a mirrored 6 chest of drawers. This company emailed me every day to keep me informed on when it was going to be delivered to them so they could arrange the delivery to me. That date was extended by 2 weeks but I was kept informed. When the guys arrived to deliver it. They brought it up 1 flight of stairs as I live in flats and also into my bedroom as that’s where I purchased them for. They also explained the easiest way to remove them from the packaging and to also keep the box in tact as I’d there was any damage the drawers would need to be returned in it. Very useful information and I’d of been fuming if they were damaged and I could get a refund cos I ripped the box to pieces. From the moment I ordered a dressing table (Devon Bardolino Double Pedestal Dressing Table), I received regular updates by phone and email from the company, on the status of the delivery. The delivery arrived promptly on the day it was expected, by two pleasant and professional delivery men. The dressing table was already constructed, so no flat-pack construction required. It was so well packed and protected, and is a very well made piece of furniture, as well as reasonably priced. A very professional company to buy from.

CFS what can I say I'm from Birmingham and I was looking for a dinning table for a while just couldn't seem to fine the 1 I was looking for. I nearly gave up but then I started to search out off the area just may be I thought I will find 1 lol 2 be honest i lost hope. And then I came across a few places which I been to on the way and CFS was the last 1. I poped into it may seem small from the outside but it's big inside and I know parking ain't great but it's worth it a great variations of dinning table to side tables clocks,mirrors,wardrobes ect you can check out the website and even have a virtual walkthrough that's exactly what your looking at as if your there. A 5* from me Great service to the gentleman who we spoke understood exactly what we wanted. Ordered 2 marble tables. Was given a time for delivery and they rang about 15 minutes before. Tables were excellent quality and a competitive price. The tops had to be bolted on and one bolt was missing, I contacted CFS and it was sent out straight away. I would highly recommend CFS and will use them again.

I ordered a dining table and 4 chairs from CFS. They were the best value I could find after comparing across multiple websites. My order was expected to take 3 weeks and ended up available in 2 weeks. Delivery was easy to set up. The boxes arrived in perfect condition. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would happily choose CFS again. My only slight gripe was £30 delivery charge to Glasgow however, the price was still cheaper than elsewhere so still get 5 stars.

I have ordered a number of items from CFS, including bedside tables, chest of drawers and a large self-assembly wardrobe. While delivery did take a while for all items (a couple of months in some cases), CFS always kept me informed of expected delivery dates. In the case where the wrong set of drawers was supplied for inside my wardrobe, they organised this to be replaced with the correct item very efficiently and always followed up with a call and emails to ensure I was happy. I would order from them again, but recommend you check delivery timescales if you are in a hurry.

CFS called after delivery to ensure everything was in order I mentioned about the scratch and they were quick to refund £20 for the issue. Overall Excellent customer service from begging to end. Although product was slightly different colour to the image online and the handles did appear different, regardless I would order from them again.

TL;DR; In the end, a success. I must say I placed a rather large order with this company BEFORE noticing the several negative reviews they have on Google. Because of this, I was rather worried after placing the order, and I thought of cancelling. However, communication was good post-order. The items were manufactured within the time frame advertised during the order. Next they scheduled a delivery, first by email (which required my acceptance), then by phone. Unfortunately, they missed the delivery (no one showed up on the day - no one called me to inform of what was happening - I started calling them in the afternoon when I realized something was wrong). They were very apologetic, and explained they had forgotten to pick up my items from their supplier. Delivery re-scheduled for a few days later. Free upgrade to their "white glove" service (which means the delivery is carried out by two men instead of one and they install the goods for you). Products were flawless and exactly as I expected them (not sure if to thank them or their supplier). Anyway, everything ended well in the end. You can buy from this company, if you are a patient individual.

A mixed bag. I was given five separate delivery dates over around six weeks (and you get no choice in when those dates are). They cancelled twice on the morning of the delivery (after I had made arrangements to be in), once the night before, and once after I'd been waiting all day. However when the item finally arrived on the fifth attempt (and frankly I had started to give up hope) the delivery drivers were courteous and helpful and the item itself is excellent. In conclusion: while the price and product is good, the company really needs to sort out its admin re deliveries.

Easy to order and although some of the items weren't in stock I received regular emails with updates and didn't have to wait too for delivery. All items were delivered at the same time and are excellent quality. We are really pleased with them. Only slight complaint was that I was told delivery would be in the morning and I would receive a text half an hour before arrival. They didn't arrive until 2.30 and I didn't get a text, but that's probably the fault of the delivery company rather than CFS. The delivery was on a Sunday which was useful.

Bit of a mixed review, some parts of the service was great, others not so much. Ordered a new oak sideboard on the website, received an order confirmation and an ETA that the sideboard would be at their warehouse in two weeks’ time, great, I had an email almost every day over two weeks confirming the ETA, yet on the day it was supposed to arrive, I heard nothing, still nothing after a further 2 days so I called them and the man that answered the phone told me he'd need to check where it was and would call me back, he didn't, the next day I called again and was told it had arrived and to wait for an email to arrange the delivery date, which duly arrived the next day and I picked a delivery date and was told I’d get a phone call when the drive was half an hour away. I was at work on delivery day but could get back in time from when the driver called, except he called when he was outside the house and nobody was home and wouldn't wait for me to return, useless! So I emailed choice furniture as they were closed and told them to ring me asap to arrange re-delivery, they didn't, so I called them the next day to complain about the service and arrange delivery, the man was apologetic and got the delivery arranged for a few days later, the driver called when he was an hour away and the sideboard turned up and we are happy with it.

I have been updated very regularly with regards to my orders and delivery. The bedroom furniture is exactly what I wanted and is always well packed and perfect upon arrival. The delivery guys are always most helpful calling me 30 minutes before arrival. My last order was for a solid oak Clemence Richard Moreno Single pedestal table. I searched the internet for a table in the colour of required and this one was the only one that fitted the bill as it was described as being assembled, it was 6-8 weeks delivery and I was kept updated very regularly. Further investigation revealed that this table was coming from Lithuania. It is always a worry when you have not viewed what you have ordered especially when it is coming from so far. The table arrived in 2 packages - very heavy and the colour was perfect. Choice Furniture arranged for one of their technicians to come and assemble it, which he did 2 days later, an extremely pleasant man who put it together in no time. For various reasons I didn't unpack the furniture for a couple of weeks but received a phone call from CFS to check everything was good and that I was happy. Apart from one hole hadnt been drilled by the manufacturer I spoke with CFS who said they would collect and replace for me but after looking again I decided to fix myself which was actually very easy. All I can say is that for me CFS were perfect and I have no complaints at all.

After we placed the order in March, I read the reviews and was concerned by some of the negative comments. CFS made us well aware that we would have to wait 12 weeks for our Rauch wardrobe as this was being manufactured in Germany. This is not CFS problem, as we were advised the same by Fishpools who also sell the same wardrobe. We were kept updated to when the wardrobe would arrive and delivery was as expected. The driver rang when they were 30 minutes away so gave us plenty of time to return home if we were out on the day on delivery. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a couple of parts of the wardrobe and needed to be replaced. CFS organised for the replacement parts to be reordered and they were delivered in just over another 4 weeks. Again, this is not CFS error as it was manufactured by Rauch. The second delivery was also rushed through for us by CFS and delivered at the weekend and again gave us a call to say when they were close by. We now have the wardrobe up and assembled. Thanks CFS.

Thought I'd share my recent experience with CFS Leicester as all the other reviews are poor. We wanted to order several oak pieces, I chatted online with a representative who was very friendly and helpful. We received a good discount on top of the already 'multi buy' offers. The items were in stock and were told two to four weeks. We had a phone call 5 days later to arrange delivery. We could have had delivery two days later but because it wasn't suitable for us and we lived locally, we were able to choose a date and time. Two friendly guys arrived and took the items upstairs as part of the upgraded delivery that they offer. As a separate product review (because CFS don't make the furniture), we're really impressed with both the quality and packaging of all the items. Would definitely shop again at CFS

Great communication on delivery times. Product arrived as arranged and driver gave us sufficient time to examine the product to ensure it was good. All great with the product. We liked the idea of paying an insurance so we could return the item if it wasn't suitable. However, it was highly suitable. This was so much cheaper than Debenhams, they call the same product a different name and charge more. With Debenhams you have to pay £70 to return the item if it's not suitable and we couldn't find store that stocked the item so we could see it in advance. We didn't want to take this risk.So, buying from Choice Furniture gave us the option to send it back for £10. This worked very well for us. Our experience was 100% positive and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them.

I called to speak to the sales advisor as I was getting a few items and he was very helpful and gave me an extra discount for the multi buy. The items were delivered within the delivery time stated and I paid extra to have the items delivered to a room upstairs. The delivery men were very polite and they really did put a lot of effort into getting the heavy items upstairs. Once unpacked, all the items were in perfect condition. They just needed the feet put on the chest of drawers and bedside tables, which was simple to do. It was great that they were all assembled, apart from the feet, no annoying flatpacks. We are really happy with our items, they are very well made and beautiful pieces. There is so much choice on the website and as I have a couple more rooms to furnish I would be more than happy to use them again.

I ordered a Mark Webster tv console table last year, received a confirmation email shortly after I placed the order, followed by text informing me when delivery would be, I could have the option of changing this if it wasn't suitable. I've changed this review rating from 1 star to 3 stars, as although my experience with choice furniture has not been good, the staff at CFS have worked hard to resolve my problems. Problems I've faced with ordering include: - incorrect wardrobe sizes - long delivery delays as a result of manufacturer errors - processes and written communication have been poor The issues with my order resulted from mistakes made by the manufacturer and not CFS. However I believe as CFS don't check orders that come in from the manufacturers, it results in customers receiving the wrong goods (which is what's happened twice in my case). On each issue faced, the staff at CFS have been excellent in their communication with me and I honestly feel they tried their utmost to seek resolution. I cannot quarrel with the fact that customer service is to a high standard. The two staff who dealt with me were Bilal and Moh, who were both sympathetic and apologetic to the issues I was facing. I was compensated for my time, problems and incorrect orders to a reasonable amount. My constructive feedback to CFS would be: - Check all orders received (prevention is better than cure and this will save you money in the long run) - Consider negotiating a stronger SLA with your manufacturers to prevent them breaching protocol (I would discuss a 2 week turnaround for deliveries that are related to order mistakes) - Be weary of the courier's you use, as although the last driver was fantastic, the driver before was rude and unprofessional Thank you Talat Qureshi

Good delivery and helpful staff during the selling process , however when there was an issue of a box missing in delivery it took some time to get a redelivery.There was no quibble over the delivery being short but customer services were slow to respond and I had to keep contacting them. But I would shop there again.
