We used JST to design make and fit our seating and chairs. From start to finish we received exceptional customer service. No request was an issue however small it was. Thomas was very experienced fitter overcoming some of the walls that were out. We would highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I found the purchasing experience from Jst Upholstery both refreshing and positive. The customer service I received was impeccable, even after I'd changed my mind twice in a very short time. No grumps or groans, they just got on with changing my order and updating confirmation via mail whilst I was on the phone. My order, although small, was treated respectfully and left me in no doubt that this was a company that is customer driven with seriously good history. The 4 fluted benches I purchased were of excellent quality at a very reasonable price and gathered very positive comments from friends and family. Will happily use Jst again.
