I had 2 bedrooms fitted by Sapphire some 15 or so years ago and a bathroom last year. All of which I have been extremely pleased with from my first contact through to design and fitting. The bedrooms were designed for my sons as study rooms and I now plan to turn them into more elegant rooms. The furniture is still in fantastic condition but I needed some wall units removing from the desk area. Paul happily came out and took them down for me at no charge. Thankyou. It just reinforces that the Sapphire customer care does not end with the fitting of the room.

Lovely fitted bedroom furniture. I would definitely recommend this company. Paul came out to take measurements. I told him what I wanted & went to the showroom/shop to pick colours etc. The fitter was on time, polite and cleaned any mess that was made.

I had a fully fitted kitchen including some of my own sourced components. It was all installed without fuss. Sapphire coordinated other trades like the plumber and sparky and took away all the rubbish and old kitchen. Top job, very pleased.

Had a complete fitted bedroom designed and installed by Sapphire. To let you know, I’m a tough cookie to please and do love a good moan......... I’m really struggling though, from design to install the service was exceptional, Paul came out, did the measurements, talked through designs and gave us an instant quote (others took approx 2 weeks) We went in to the showroom to chose colours and such and then Paul came back out to confirm dimensions and bring a full design with him for us to adjust/confirm. The fitter arrived 2 weeks later and to say he was careful was an understatement, I expected a couple of bashes in the paintwork up the stairs as the turn is tight but everything was moved perfectly with the upmost caution. The fitter was clean and his workmanship was exceptional. Even while it was being fitted we received visits from Martin (hope I remembered his name right) to make sure all was going well and we were happy, and he also came out when it was finished to personally check it all over with a fine tooth comb and make sure we were 100% satisfied. The service, price and quality was unbeatable and we are super happy. Thanks again.

If you want high quality fitted wardrobes/dressing room then you need to use these guys! Reasonably priced, materials are of high quality, and the fitters are helpful, tidy and efficient. From start to finish the whole service was faultless. Will use them again in the future.

Twenty two years ago, we commisioned Sapphire Kitchens to design and install a kitchen for us. It was beautiful and robust and refused to wear out. Last year, fearing it might outlive us, we decided to treat ourselves to a new one for our 50th Anniversary. Again, we commissioned Sapphire and gave them free reign. The kitchen was sublime, their craftsmanship and service faultless. This year, we approached them again to design and refit our bedroom. The result is a delight. I love it; I could lick it! We would like to say a huge 'Thank You' to Paul for his clever and inspired design, and his team for the whole flawless explerience. This thank you incorporates the efficient and pleasant office staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble, the staff at their factory who produced it, the electrician, even the plumber who came to move a water pipe out of the way! And last but not least to Lee, the installer; you are a true craftsman.
