Great experience from initial consultation to the finished kitchen. The free design advice resulted in those improved finishing touches. I was really happy with the price and quality - the attention to detail was outstanding (such as the neat subtle plastic trim on kick boards to protect them)… and visitors always comment on the kitchen. It’s like walking into a bit of luxury every morning - thank you Wren and in particular the Leicester Branch.

Great service from the showroom (Zhanna was our sales rep) to the delivery and quality of the product. We had a few scratches on a unit but it was no trouble to get replacement sent out. The detail cad drawing you get is helpful (we used our own fitters). Would recommend Wren to anyone wanting to purchase a kitchen

I absolutely love my kitchen! Wren designed a beautiful, functional and modern kitchen, which used the space really well. From start to finish they were at the end of the phone ready to help. The kitchen was easy to install and looks amazing. The price was very reasonable and that didn't impact on the quality.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality of my kitchen. The salesman who helped me choose was very helpful and came up with a few ideas to save money. I had a damaged unit and phoned the helpline who again was very helpful and replaced the unit no problem. I've had the Kitchen a few months now and still love it and the quality is good.

Excellent... from start to finish! We visited LEICESTER store and had the best experience and highly recommend to all. The showroom is second to none, fabulous displays with a huge variety of kitchens and appliances. There is literally something for everyone. They go out of their way to make it a really enjoyable journey. Refreshments served and friendly banter made us feel right at home. My husband is a kitchen fitter so believe me when I say we aren’t novices at this!! We had quotes and designs from other providers and chose Wren and would choose them over and over. JAKE CHARLES, Kitchen Designer... if you want someone who listens to what you want, is creative, talented, professional yet personable and most importantly patient - he’s your guy! Excellent customer service. The showroom in Leicester and is fantastic. There are staff available should you need any assistance but we found we were able to look around at our leisure and didn't feel pressurised into making a decision until we were ready. We found the whole process very stress-free. From design, measuring, delivery and installation. (We chose to install the kitchen ourselves but felt that the quality of the products we purchased helped in the installation process). On the whole we are very happy Wren customers.

Order number: 31774891 I had an outstanding experience with Wren. They didn’t fail to deliver me great service throughout my entire journey with them. They helped me pick out a nice kitchen - within my price range, and were polite enough to provide me answers around any other questions I had to ask if I was unsure about anything. The kitchen was also delivered on the exact date and time given and I had no issue on the day either. They are a great company to work on creating your kitchen with and I would most definitely recommend them.

I visited Wren Kitchens out of curiosity to see what designs they had. I was introduced to Michael Croome a designer, he immediately put my reservations at ease. He allowed me any amount of time to show me around the showroom and suggest some great ideas that would be suitable. After a second and third visit I decided to reserve a design with Wren . The installation is due on the 22nd March if the installation is a good as the dedicated and friendly advice I have received from Michael Croome, I will be more than happy. At the moment a five star service.

Had an initial appointment at the Leicester branch with James to plan out our kitchen. James was polite and straight with us throughout the whole process and there was no hard sell. His technical knowledge was excellent and gave us some great ideas on what we could do with the space. Although we haven't yet decided to go ahead with the plan James made for us on the day, we can't fault his professionalism and would recommend Wren on this experience alone.

Upon entering Wren to find a kitchen the service was above and beyond what I expected. Everybody was so helpful, offered advise with out being pushy. We bought a kitchen , it was designed for us using their amazing system and when finished, we could see what it would look like in 360 degree view. The delivery was advised on every step of the way and the follow up customer service when I had a query was dealt with very professionally. Would recommend their service and products to everyone.

I never write reviews, but this time I had to. We went into Wren in Leicester at around 5pm on a Saturday, we were greeted by a salesman called James Kearney. He spent around 2 hours with us on the first day and then over 4 hours during our follow up visit to design our kitchen together. His attention to our requirements and professionalism was exemplary, he listened to our needs and took the time to help us get what we wanted within the budget we had available. We were impressed throughout with the facility, the service and the product. While we are yet to have the kitchen installed and cannot comment on how we get on once we start using the kitchen, all I can say is the buying stage itself was a pleasure. No pressure was ever put on us to do anything we didn't want to or could not afford. If you are lucky enough to get James as your salesman, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again! Brilliant support and assistance available/provided in building my Dream Kitchen. The staff are really helpful and full of ideas which does really help. My only draw back was in making the fitting arrangements as the initial fitter who visited me was on the 'ball, 'only to get an email a few weeks later to say he was no longer with the company, which Wren, Leicester, were not even aware of!! The second fitter was highly questionable both in terms of knowledge,experience, and the cost of 'extras' where his price was thrice that of the going market rate, coupled with the fact that he did not even have sight of my plan. In terms of parking, I feel Wren, Leicester need to do much better. Although I was assured the parking charges for staying longer than three hours would be waived, the sight of a charge notice through the letter box, twice, does not go down well!!
