Beautiful products, great value, friendly company and excellent communication. I have purchased my beloved Hollywood mirror from this company and also a chair. Both came very well packaged and delivered by their own drivers rather than a 3rd party delivery company. Even when I needed to contact Niches they efficiently dealt with my queries even outside of normal 9-5 office hours. Lovely items for the home at a fraction of the price found elsewhere!

I have been searching for the perfect Hollywood mirror for months and the amazing customer service I received from this company was what made me decide to choose this one ! I was asking lots of questions and got all the replies straight away. It was was dispatched the next day and I received it at 9 am the morning after, perfectly and safely packed and I couldn’t be happier with it . I’m so in love with it, so much nicer in real life !!!! I purchased a Hollywood mirror from Niches and it is amazing! Super quick service, gorgeous high quality mirror which can be wall mounted or alternatively comes with a base for a desk (a lot of Hollywood mirrors I looked at don’t come with this option) and so so affordable in comparison to other retailers. Highly recommend this company, they are also super supportive and quick to respond on Instagram!

I’m am SO happy with my mirror!! I ordered the 1M lite Hollywood mirror after trolling the internet for one that wasn’t +£400! This product is amazing value for money, so simple to assemble and delivered stress free by their delivery team on a day that was convenient to me. I've dreamed of owning one of these beautiful mirrors before I even purchased my first home. Eventually the time came and Niches had a pre order sale, I couldn't resist! I knew it wouldn't be a quick delivery as it was of course a pre order. Plenty of time to start decorating ready for my mirror. Throughout the whole process Niches kept me updated and kept me eager but at ease. I knew exactly when my mirror was to be delivered and so could arrange for someone to be home. The mirror was very well packaged and came with easy to follow instructions. Set up was very easy, as I had bought the large bevelled mirror I did need help as it was heavy. Once set up, I turned the mirror on and it was nearly perfect. One of the light bulbs was a little temperamental, I messaged Niches who said they would resolve immediately, and they did. Replacement bulbs were sent and my mirror was ready for full time use. A very positive experience from start to finish! I've recommend Niches to my family, friends and anyone who is reading this.
