Solid good quality furniture and fast delivery times. Customers are very pleased with their orders. Return process is very strict, hence 4 stars. Even when the item is faulty and reported immediately but picture evidence takes 3 days to be reported they will reject refund.

Leave along occasional quality issues which are a commonplace in any handmade product import category - the company is offering consistently good quality, sturdy solid wood furniture. I was really impressed with the quality controller Joy and his amazing team. Strange but I’ve seen couple of the negative reviews which - I believe - are harsh and far from actual ground realities. In an unbiased manner, Artisan is doing a fantastic job with end to end supply chain management, customer support as well as IT. How many companies are offering stockless supply with no minimum order restrictions? They deserve 5 stars!

I’ll say Artisan is a victim of its own success. Pandemic has upset their India based supply chain and UK lockdown has thrown their London office out of gear (like everyone else). The IT infrastructure that Artisan has created will start showing results from May / June (as per owners statement). Overall I can say that it’s a fantastic company who is supporting thousands of retailers with their handmade furniture’s UK based stock and service. No complaints except kudos. Thanks for supporting independent retailers like us.
