The shop has the most popular office chairs for one to try. I went in near the closing time and the sales person is still helping and explaining and analysing the merits of each of my choice patiently. I finally ordered my second choice with them. Not only because of the sales person's help, but their offer is too extremely competitive.

I needed an office chair for my work and I am very happy I chose Back 2 to purchase from! The staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I visited several stores, tried several different chairs, before eventually deciding that I'd purchase the beautiful and sublime Okamura Contessa II. I paid in-store on a Monday afternoon and had the chair delivered to me on Friday morning the same week, this was fine for me. During the first 2 weeks of using it however, I was experiencing tension between my shoulder blades and intermittent tension in my lower back. I went back to the store and told them of the issues I was having. Despite the return period being 7 days - which I was unaware of previously - they were accommodating and willing to work something out should it be the case that the chair was the problem. After showing Quy how I had configured the chair however, he pointed out that I needed to raise the seat height, lower the armrests and elevate the lumbar support by 2 clicks. He also showed me what my perfect desk height is, which fortunately for me, my desk at home just happens to be! Since Quy's instructions on how to configure the chair properly, I have had no issues whatsoever! And boy was that a relief, I didn't want to return it because I was - and still am - truly in love with this chair! I've raved about it to colleagues, friends, family members, my partner's family also! The expertise that Quy provided is just the kind of expertise I expect from a store specialising in ergonomic products! My experience with Back 2 was extremely pleasant, it consisted of me visiting the store multiple times, calling the store multiple times, and all the while I was dealt with with patience and provided with well-informed advice in a non-pushy, non-salesy manner. The only pointers I have for improvement are that it could be made more explicit what the return period is when purchasing, and also that the warranty information should be more easily available.

Flawless service. I ordered two Håg Capisco chairs - one for my home office, and one for work - and they called me to check everything was correct. They delivered really quickly and confirmed the dates beforehand. The chairs are really good and they didn't come with loads of packaging, which is great. Great service from Back2. Ordered my Herman Miller chair online, (considerably cheaper than anywhere else), with no fuss and it was delivered 22hrs later. Considering we live 40 miles or so outside London, that’s pretty good going. Also got a very friendly courtesy call the evening before to arrange the delivery. A totally seamless process from ordering to delivery. I ordered my Herman Miller Butterfly chair on a Sunday afternoon, got a friendly call on the Monday confirming delivery, and the chair was delivered on Tuesday (much quicker than I was expecting!). Initial imporessions of the chair are great and the advice and service were very good from Back2. Very comfy office chair with great adjustability. Back2 was offering the chair at the same price as Herman Miller and lower than other licensed sellers I checked. Delivery was super quick, they texted me to confirm the delivery time on the next day and then it was delivered on the following day. The driver carried the chair upstairs which I appreciated. I ordered a chair from this company's website. It was much cheaper than anywhere else, super easy to order and delivered in a couple of days. They gave me a phone call to advise of the delivery date. The chair usually comes in parts and needs to be assembled but they actually delivered it already assembled for me so that was a bonus too. Also the delivery driver brought it up to my flat. Incredibly helpful staff. I went to look at ergonomic chairs because I've been suffering from some musculoskeletal problems, and the assessor set the desk they have in the showroom to the height I gave her of my work desk and talked me through several chairs. She was good at picking out ones that might fit (I am quite small) and gave me lots of advice for picking an appropriate chair and making my workspace more ergonomic. I bought an ergonomic mouse while there, and later my employers purchased one of the recommended chairs from them. Could not have asked for more, this equipment has made a world of difference, the service was friendly and helpful, and the delivery was timely.

Outstandind customer service!! The in-store staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the right chair for my back and budget. The delivery folks were timely, messaging me with a 90 minute delivery window the day before and then the exact time when they were on their way to my door. They even carried the chair up the stairs for me. My back says, "Thank you!" When I sat in the chair, i thought it was broken. I couldn't get it to rise up. I called the store, and they immediately had one of their engineers talk me through how to get the chair to work. It's all good now. Great customer service is a rare thing. This small business goes the extra mile. Please use them.

My wife and I were in London in June and luckily for us, discovered the Back2 International store on Wigmore Street. We are always on the lookout for great seat wedges and we hit the jackpot here. They had the Arkstore 11 Degree Seat Wedge, easily better than anything we have found available in the States. We purchased several of them to bring back with us. The store itself had all sorts of interesting chairs and products and the staff with whom we worked--Scott and Tonya--both couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
