Really great range of quality furniture and accessories within a large facility just off the main drag in Battersea. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good coffee too ! Best of all, pricing strategy is fair. Good value... Great style. Got to be one to visit if you're in the mood to revamp your home.

Exceptional range of products that matches all budgets. We are regulars in this store and have been purchasing furniture over the last 2 years. We always received excellent customer service in store and stock keeps changing every 6 months which gives us confidence to buy again. The land of (furniture) dreams. They have a whole host of gorgeous furniture in a variety of styles and sizes. Prices are reasonable and we found a sofa that we really love after searching for months elsewhere - we just need to work out how to get it in the house now!

Impressive range of furniture and friendly service inside. Downgrading as the delivery took much longer than expected and the customer services on the phone were very unfriendly and not sympathetic to the fact I had to sleep on th floor for weeks more than planned.

So.. it wasn’t a completely perfect experience but when it really mattered they aced the ending. I won’t bore you with all details but essentially it was a large expensive item which developed a fault a few months after purchase. They offered three alternatives including a full refund within a couple of hours of writing to them - including coming to collect it. It will leave them pretty far out pocket but the customer service handled it really well and that meant a lot. Tbh I didn’t expect a refund but was really pleased they offered as I did want to return it. Thanks for handling it well and I’ll return for other items in the new year.

This is a gem of a store. My wife and I find the furniture is very well made but also reasonably priced given the quality. They have a range of styles, some classic with modern twists, some just modern. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. We've bought a couple of times off Phil, and once off Chris, and both would give good advice on what might be suitable given our home setup. Oh and they also honoured a lower price that I luckily had captured on a photo a week before when we first visited. They currently have a "kerbside only" delivery policy, which makes it awkward given we live on the 3rd floor. But they do at least provide you with the trolley etc to try to get it in. Overall this feels like a company that is big enough to be properly organised, but small enough to still be accessible and knowledgeable. Would recommend them for sure.

Editing my earlier review. Order was lost in the post after being shipped 2 months late. It said items were available immediately. Customer service were always very friendly but took a long time for updates to figure out what had gone wrong. Eventually I found someone incredibly helpful and learned that DPD had delivered items to the wrong address. I was given a refund for item no longer available and item that was, was shipped immediately.

Pricey but irresistable mix of contemporary and vintage looks. The products are exceptionally well made and durable, with some great bargains to be found in store, especially if you don't mind ex-display models (generally in near mint condition with great discounts) While some products can have a bit of a lead time, they're worth the wait. The store itself is huge, great for browsing and seeing furniture in situ and has great customer service. Under the current conditions, the store has put in place precautions for staff and customers, including hand sanitisers for customer use.

Some stylish and well-made future in this store. Prices are a little high, but the quality reflects this. A chair I bought took 4 months to be delivered (bought about 6 weeks before lockdown, so understandable), but the woman at the store called Lemon who looked into it was very patronising and mocking.

Excellent service instore and lots of really nice furniture! A bit pricey but there are some good value pieces. The service is so good that we placed an order for some expensive furniture, paid the deposit, and even when we realised the furniture wouldn't fit the space a few days later, they were able to expedite the cancellation of the order with the manufacturer and a full refund of the deposit. Definitely come here to get your furniture if you're looking for good service and great quality!

Just received my order today - 4 leather dining chairs. Everything went well. The delivery date was postponed a couple of times - it was my initiative and the B&S team was quite easy to communicate on this. The only one thing I wasn't quit happy about is that the chairs were not covered at all (not even by simple plastic). I was lucky to get them not damaged, but It could of been the other way easily...

Large showroom of online retailer in easy to access location in Battersea. Two good size floors offering good selection of furniture of good quality at very reasonable prices with delivery options. Excellent staff, very helpful. Cafe not brilliant but on site parking is huge bonus, would call again.

Really cool eclectic mix of furniture.. NOT ur average ikea stuff or harveys or boring every rubbish. Classy and nicely different. Found the staff to be genuinely lovely. Welcoming but not overly fussy / pushy. Attentive and helpful. Normal people - def worth a visit - highly recommend and will be back!

The quality of the product is great, an amazing selection of option online and inside their lovely stores. The sales staff in the store is friendly and during my recently first purchase, they offer me exclusive offer not available anywhere. My only critic is the post-sale service. It make no sense that such a good product, good stores and good sellers is ruined by rude & cold post-sale customer service. It is incompatible with the overall experience.

Very nice candleshop here, furniture is quite different to run of the mill high street retailers, good parking, clean customer toilets and a nice coffee shop on site. Parking is free as well. Lovely old building stylishly renovated.

I hate furniture shopping, always have. I dragged my feet as we arrived here for the first time, dreading the time I was going to be wasting and unable to recover.... However, this was a paradigm shifting place. The variety of style and cost, the quirky to conventional, the very friendly and helpful and unimposing quietly unassuming staff, the friendly cafe workers and really great food, all changed me. I've returned here now several times as we furnish our new home, it's uncomfortable for me to say in public, but I now enjoy going furniture shopping, as long as it's here.

Great furnitures, terrible customer service .. it took us over half of year to deliver 1 chair .. after waiting 4 months for the chair to arrive, it arrived with missing part and needed to wait another 4 months for its replacement .. people on the phone just sounds absolutely incompetent and clueless. We furnished the whole apartment with B&S furniture and they just couldn’t care less if you are loyal customer or not

Great products and service! My wife and I went to the Battersea store having viewed B&S products online. In short, we loved them - bought a teal Harrington sofa and mystic grass swivel cuddler (£2k+ order). We had a couple of issues with the delivery but nothing that couldn't be fixed. For anyone buying the Harrington sofa, be careful as it has no legs, which means it's bigger/taller than most sofas and will need wide doorways/hallways to get it in to the room of your choice. We were told after that B&S offer a dry run service with a demo sofa to see if your item can be delivered - I recommend this for anyone who is unsure. Anyway, we went back and bought a Kloss wardrobe and built-in drawers. They look even better in situ than they did in the showroom. We had a couple of issues with the transaction, but we put that down to the sales rep having an off day. Once the unit arrived, I built it with wardrobe my neighbour which was a very satisfying experience. It's a really nice wardrobe and made it with quality materials and components. We're now planning the nursery, I dare say we'll end up going back to B&S for the furniture.

Havent had this much inspiration from a furniture store in years, your eyes get distracted every where. Some amazing pieces of art/furniture to be a talking point in any home. Enjoyed finding the complimentary penny sweets in jars at the rear and nice chilled cafe upstairs. Really enjoyed wandering round and will be back, delightful and really friendly staff ;)
