An item was missing from our order but Luke dealt with it and received the item within a couple of days

Products were excellent - delivery wasn't, though. Packages didn't arrive in the time slot scheduled; I watched the delivery progress - the time slot was moved to later that day, but then disappeared and no information was accessible. The packages arrived the next day, but no explanation for the delay was given. I don't mind the delay, but do wish accurate information and explanation could be given; I know that's down to the courier. I'm very happy with Catering24, products and service.

Excellent service and great product. 1st time Customers looking for some food platters for a Birthday event. Settled for the slate effect in the end as they looked nicer and reviews said they could be reused, which is why I went for these as they were more expensive than the standard plastic platters. Ordered 11am, arrived following day, as stated on their website. Used, cleaned and now stored for our next event.

Cant fault them. Wanted to place an online order for PPE so I phoned them to check availability as other suppliers claim they have stock but don't advise you until order placed/money taken that the goods are on back order. The lady I spoke with at Catering24 Ltd (sorry - cant remember her name) was very polite, helpful & professional. Assured me that they do have stock so I set up an account as this was the 1st time using this company. Placed order online on Friday 24th April in the afternoon and my order arrived Monday 27th in the morning. Perfect. Many thanks.

If I could put 10 stars I would. amazing customer service and products. cannot recommend them highly enough. I ordered some products, unfortunately the transport company got the deliver address wrong. I informed catering 24 who immediately sent out duplicate order. i expected waiting for the transport company to correct their mistake and re deliver as is the norm.
