CKB were excellent from start to finish. The service I received from Javed and Imran was faultless as the saying goes you get what you pay for! From the moment we entered the showroom, the design process and until the installer Francis left. The quality of the wardrobes built in our master bedroom is of a high quality finish it was all completed to a very high standard, it looks great and the materials used are of a top quality. Very happy with the finished product. The final out come was excellent. I will certainly recommend them and use in the future.

I cannot explain how incredible the team at CKB are. From start to finish, the customer service, attention to detail and attentiveness were 2nd to none. We had our whole house renovated and the only trades people who were straightforward were CKB. Stefano helped us to design the kitchen of our dreams after multiple consultations (and still remained patient and professional!! ) it's like he could see my vision. The quality of the kitchen is just the best I have come across, it oozes of luxury. The fitting by Francis was perfection down to the mm. I cannot thank them enough - Highly recommend!

I was recommended to go and have a look at the kitchens available at CKB. I am so so so glad she did. I had the best experience with them. From designing to delivery to fitting. All team members are super professional and friendly and so so so helpful. They were all there to support me through the various other problems I had, helped me sort out my tiles, pendant lights, my tv and my fireplace even my paint. Honestly they provide excellent customer service. Excellent quality of care. Fantastic kitchens with amazing designs. I cannot recommend them enough. Guys, honestly, this is great place to go, if you want new kitchen. We have decided to go for Nolte kitchen. Our very friendly designer Stefano patiently support us through whole process from start to finish. I must highlight quality of customer service and fitter's quality. Sharaz (our fitter) did amazing job. I am bit fussy about tiny details, but this guy who fitted our kitchen scored 10 out of 10. He has very good eye for a detail. We have few bespoke items what has been were nicely designed, nicely made and fitted. Thank very much to the whole CKB team, special thanks go to Stefano and Sharaz.

I initially went in with my sister at the beginning of the year just to have a look nothing more and straight away we fell in love with all the kitchens in the show room! The team were really helpful when it came to designing my kitchen, I went in and out few times till I was happy with the design due to me changing my mind few times! Imran was more than happy to give ideas and assist me and giving me all the time I needed. CKB are so good at what they do so glad I did my German kitchen with them! Had my kitchen installed in summer and it is so stunning! Top quality kitchen, worktops and appliances will last me a life time! Thank you Javad, Imran and Stefano for all help.

Great quality kitchens, I was deciding whether to go for Howdens or Crown but after comparing the quality it had to be Crown. I met Jav and his team, they designed the kitchen exactly how I wanted, I was given visuals which I was happy with. The kitchen was delivered on time and Jav was very helpful even when I made some last-minute changes. The builder was impressed with the quality of the kitchen units also. Overall I would highly recommend Crown kitchen to everyone looking for a quality kitchen.

The guys were great from start to finish, we was looking for a new kitchen and a family friend had theirs from CKB. Went to the store to have a look around and about 6 visits later (after home measuring etc and changing minds about the style/colour etc), put down a deposit. The units arrived as agreed on time and to spec, we had a couple of units which were not the right size (which happens from time to time), but that was rectified straight away - our builders had some issues installing and so I had to call CKB numerous times for clarifications. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable of how everything hangs together. We also got a quartz worktop from CKB, and Roman Stone done a great job too and are pros. If you can, I would go with CKB installers, rather than your own, unless you have great kitchen fitters - you'll be surprised at the expertise required to put a few shelves together, but if you're going to spend a fair amount, its worth getting professional fitters for to finish the look. Even my builders commented on the units and was impressed by the quality. A happy customer!

Where do I start ? Needed a kitchen . So I started at a big branded company who advertise on the Tv, so I have it a go after visiting the place 3 times and I got a quote for 22k and then 15k and then it and in down to 10k because a manager can give me a extra discount . Only if I paid a deposit on the spot or I will not get a discount if I walk out the door . Also with a 5 week wait and without a the granite work top and labour . So I went to Crown kitchens and Spoke to Javid and told him what I wanted and then I had someone who came down to the house and measured up the kitchen . Imran designed my kitchen with my input and what I wanted and added his input what will work well, without any sales pressure. I ordered the kitchen and all the appliances and got it fitted by there trained fitters. Also had my granite fitted from them as well . So do yourself a favour give Javid & Imran a call . What they said they was done in a time frame of 14 days supplied and fitted . So my building work could carry on . Fantastic job !!!!!

Highly recommended. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, they’ll help you from the moment you walk in up until the fitters complete. My kitchen needed a full renovation from kitchen units to appliances, they took care of everything and completed an exceptional job. I was recommended CKB by my brother. I was not disappointed. Brilliant service and quality from start to finish. Great customer service from Javed and Stefano was brilliant in helping me design my kitchen and giving advice where needed. Even when I changed my mind a few times nothing was too much trouble. Following a flood whilst on holiday, a panel and a plinth were damaged. We ordered the replacement parts from Crown Kitchens and they are almost identical to the originals (right hand side panel and right plinth on the photo). Also, we had a problem with the eBay order but Zed bent over backwards to correct the issue. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend the excellent customer service.

The service from CKB was flawless from start to finish. Every time I visited their showroom I was offered complimentary tea/ coffee and the service offered was second to none. Their front line staff, to the designers all the way to management were all brilliant. Very good customer service, got a new kitchen designed and Fitted within a couple weeks and saved so much money in the process, the oven and hobb I got was included in the price which I couldn’t believe, not only that but the after care for me was so important as management gave me a call a couple months later just to see if all was good and if I was happy.
