I first went to them in 2011 and again in 2019 for furniture, lighting and accessories. The team is very efficient and knowledgeable. I have on occasion chosen fabrics that are not "the usual" and they have been able to advise suitability and source them with no problem. They guarantee that all items are the genuine article from the licensed manufacturers. My tip is to save up and get your dream furniture all at once - there will be a substantial discount applied if you do - definitely worth it rather than buying one piece at a time. They are genuinely interested in being the best and are very enthusiastic about their work. Their delivery partners are also excellent - setting up installation and removing all packaging. Delivery times are clearly stated and adhered to. I have no reservations about recommending Couch Potato above all others and would not think of using any other supplier.
