I am obsessed with my new Demko mattress. After years of waking up every morning with back pain, I reached out to Tamas to advise me on which mattress would suit me best. I love that all their mattresses are organic and vegan friendly, but I never expected such life changing results too. It’s deliciously comfortable and yet reassuringly supportive. With my previous mattress I always felt I was lying in the wrong position, but now I get a great night sleep whether I’m lying on my side or back, and I no longer need a stack of pillows to support my spine. I can’t put a price on that. Highly recommend!

Demko bed in Australia My teen aged daughter has unfortunately fallen very sick and her old short sleigh bed and slats broke of the daily use and change. It might have also been a bit cheap and worn by then. This was THE chance to get her the ultimate comfort with a new bed as she spends about 23h per day in her bed. As I am originally from Austria, living in Australia. I was very familiar with slatted frame systems, whereas in Australia - at least where we are located - it is very common to have a hard, fix, flat base or some kind of not adjustable base and a very high mattress on top doing the job of the slats. We needed something really good for her back, extended stay in bed and something making her more independent for sitting up. I looked high and low what to get for my daughter and ended up at Demko system by sheer searching around on the internet, our own experiences and asking around at friends and lying on display models. The Demko bed / RehaBed slat base is kind of ‘double’, I had never seen something like this before and the latex mattress still a nice thickness. I got really curious. Then the options for frames and colours Demko offers, the beds looked decently made. We couldn’t look past the sleigh bed. From the first moment getting in touch with the Demko customer service to discuss options and possibilities, I felt like, yes, we could do it from overseas and even if a problem arose, could solve it. Every question was answered promptly, almost instantly, I must have tired the poor customer service person out, yet he never failed to stay polite and be constructive and helpful. As we couldn’t try it personally and I had my eye set on the system -so had my daughter on the sleigh bed look-, we bit the bullet ordering it from overseas and getting it into Australia with a shipping container, through quarantine etc to us. The paperwork was just coming in and could get filled out as it came, there was nothing we had to consider, it just happened step by step. Of course what it needs is: time (months) and a tax here and a fee there. Yet even with the shipping and taxes, the price was only slightly higher than the more and more available different electric bed options in Australia. Probably because they all get shipped in…. and the quality in my opinion is not comparable. If someone ever built up a flat pack from any furniture house, then you can easily assemble this bed with your left hand. If something was with the electric motor, was assured could sort it out. But there was no problem. It was delivered as told by the delivery company, no damages to the parts, the wood varnish was perfectly even. I set up the bed with the easiest dowel system and oh my, was the quality of this sleigh bed good, there were so many details, curves, that were even not pictured on images, it was and is gorgeous. I was pleasantly surprised. This was a sleigh bed made with love we had not owned before. We decided on beech for cheaper wood option than oak, of course the colour got a bit brighter than it would with oak, which is to be expected, we love it. I clicked the motor in place and no, it did not work straight away and almost panicked, but just had to turn it off and reset, and voila, it worked, the signal flickered, the frame moved. I was always scared if a bed system in power outage would get stuck in a sitting position and no, there is a battery compartment to bring it back to flat. We have owned this bed now since 2018 and my daughter’s back pain disappeared! Her doctors are also very impressed and asked details of Demko. It is also important especially with her medical condition, to know, if the back pain was caused due to prolonged stays in bed or due to her vascular compressions, that cause a lot of other havoc anyway, too. Also it is very comfortable and working really fine, even I have to sit in her bed with her together at times, no slat has broken even this is surely not mean for that load and not recommended please. A great nights sleep is really important to me so I spent a lot of time researching mattresses on the market to find something that was healthy. Our old spring mattress was causing us issues including back problems and within days of sleeping on our new mattress from Demko (DeLuxe C) my back pains were gone. This mattress is incredibly comfortable and supportive at the same time. Plus, it keeps my husband and l cool throughout the night unlike the spring mattress. We bought the D mattress couple of week sago and without a doubt it is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. It is knot only very comfortable but supportive at the same time which is due to the coir layer inside the mattress. The service and delivery were also first class from start to finish. The company, product and customer service are all excellent. I spent so long researching non-toxic mattresses and Demko seemed the most thought out and offered the Bed System that I'd never seen before but that resonated with me. Tamas the Sales Director was always happy to answer any question I had and talked with me at length to find the right mattress for my needs (he was never pushy or salesy and it showed that his intention was always to find the best product for my needs). He was very reassuring and knowledgable. I've waited so long to sleep on a mattress like this. The Bed System is so comfortable and adjusts subtly and effortlessly so you feel supported throughout the whole night. I've researched all manner of organic mattresses over a 8 month period. Having slept on latex/coir mattress for a few years I know how good it is. I kept coming back to Demko. Simple pure latex and coconut coir, no gimicks, the required certification and always focused on customer care, thanks Jennifer great service. A few months ago I asked Jennifer from Demko for advice about which mattress was the best for me. She recommended the Deluxe D as I'm over 100 kgs. I ordered it one month later. Demko bed system review. This review is for the bed system not just the mattress. I’ve had the bed about a month. I was previously (with my old bed) waking up every morning with a sore back. That’s gone now. I think on average I’m sleeping an hour longer. That’s a big deal, massive in fact. So I couldn’t be happier with my new bed. I bought the frame to go with it and the quality is top notch, better than the high street stores for the same money. In fact the whole bed was great value compared with a high quality mattress from the big brand names. Dealing with Tamas was an absolute joy and Demko is really a model for how all companies should be run.

4 months ago we purchased a super king sized Demko Greta bed with standard bed-systems and a DeLuxe – Junior mattress for our son. The bed had such a great impact on both of our sleep. It really can not be compared to other beds or mattresses. As their website says it perfectly supports the body and gives perfect support to the spine and it is unbeliveably comfortable at the same time. Before our Demko bed we both had neck and lower back pains, not major but from time to time it appeared again and again. I can happily confirm that since sleeping on Demko neither of us had any of the mentioned issues what so ever. Plus, we really wake up much more refreshed than ever before. 'The problem' is that you don't realise what a big difference your bed/sleep can make to your life until you sleep on the right bed. We also felt our previous mattresses comfortable and we thought the neck and back pain we had it is just part of life. Now we know that it is not and that mostly it was caused by the mattresses we used. We consider oursleves very lucky to have found Demko and having their bed. We are very happy with our recent purchase from Demko. We wanted to upgrade our bed to a larger size and at the same time buy a mattress that does not contain any flame retardants. We went for the DeluxeB as we like a slightly firmer mattress. Tamas had been great helping us choose the right model. Demko bed has changed my life. My nightmare started 8 years ago when I was diagnosed with sciatica. Back then I had been using a pocket spring mattress which I have changed a few years later to an Simba memory mattress. It cost quite alot of money so I had high hopes but after 1-2 years my condition was getting worse. I have decided to change it to an OTTY memory mattress which again I used for about 1.5 years without any improvement whatsoever on my disc. About 8 months ago I had to start sleeping on the floor as the pain became unbearable and I could just not sleep on the mattress. I really was in agony and my life became a nightmare and I was constantly tired and in pain. I have visited a chiropractor who recommended Demko's bed. The bed is not quote cheap and having already spent a lot of money on memory foam mattresses I was a bit worried about buying another bed again. However, the more I read about their bed-system and watched the videos the more I became confident about the bed. I called Demko and I discussed my condition with them, they were very helpful and I felt they are more concerned about helping me then just making money. They were not at all pushy which I really liked. I have orderred a king size Greta bed with adjustable bed-systems which arrived well within the given time frame, in less than 4 weeks. Well, I really don't want to exagarate but from the first night it has changed my life! After couple of weeks of sleeping in it my condition has improved so much I really would have never thought it could be possible without operation. After using it for 6 months now, my pain level is decreased so much and I sleep through the nights. It is truly unbeliveable how much change it can make to one's life. My partner does not have any problems with his back/spine but he also can confirm that this is the best bed we have ever slept on. I only can praise Demko and I consider myself extra lucky for having a Demko bed! I was debating whether to mention the names of the memory mattress companies but I'm pretty certain about their mattresses made my condition worse as they did not give any support to my spine. Plus, the biggest factor in deciding to do so was my dog, Marcel. He sleeps with us in the bed and couple of years ago his hair started to fall out. We even bought him a dog bed from OTTY which is also made of memory foam. For 3 years we spent around £1000 a year for blood tests and allergy medicines for him. We had no idea it had to do anything with the memory foam mattresses but after he slept few months in the Demko bed which has organic mattress with the bed-system, he does not have any symptons and he is extra healthy again! I have tried all sort of pillows and also changed our spring mattress to a Tempur memory mattress but nothing really helped whatsoever...few months ago one of my colleague recommended the Demko mattresses. We absolutely LOVE our new DeLuxe C mattress! It's like it was custom made for how we sleep. We have had an organic latex mattress from a different supplier but without the coconut coir layer. My wife had spent a great deal of time researching bed bases and mattresses when she stumbled upon the Demko System. Having fairly complex health issues which include back and muscle problems she had reached the stage quite literally of dreading going to bed as she found great difficulty in achieving any level of comfort with precious little sleep. Any mattress she had tried did nothing to help so after recent major surgery she decided that she needed to start from scratch and make a complete change. As soon as she saw the Demko you-tube she just knew that was the one for her. I also have a back condition and was well impressed too and so we decided to make further enquiries by contacting the Demko company. From that moment we dealt with a really terrific guy called Tamas Forgo....knowledgeable, informative, extremely helpful but above all genuine and caring both prior to and after purchase. The mattress itself is organic latex and extremely comfortable, the slatted base system provides the most supportive experience imaginable. Those, combined with the adjustable frame unit, are just magic. She loves going to bed now and her sleep pattern has improved enormously. We can't praise Demko and Tamas highly enough, definitely money well spent.

When we wanted to buy a new bed we had three things in mind - a solid wood bed with no lacquer or varnish, natural dust mite free mattress with no fire retardant treatment and something that supports my messed up back. My toddler has chemical sensitivities along with dust mite allergy so we couldn’t compromise on any of the requisites. The search seemed quite hard to begin with. But my late mother in law who was a stickler for natural eco friendly non toxic material and a bad back left behind a demko bed. So we looked it up online. At last we found something which ticked all our boxes. All my queries were promptly answered via email with all the info needed. We went for an Alexandra bed frame with bed system and mattress. When it arrived my husband said it was easiest piece of furniture he put together with a well thought out assembly. It is a solid wood bed and being treated with natural oil there was no off gassing with varnish like smells. Since only firm mattresses have helped my back I was skeptical quite skeptical off the soft foam. But I was assured with my given weight this was the right choice. Now having slept in it for a week I can say the first time in over six years I have woken up without any back pain. Just can’t believe I don’t have a sore back or shoulder any more. I am afraid to say it out aloud in case I jinx it! But I think these demko guys know what they are talking about! Toddler hasn’t woken up too many times. I feel that we don’t get too hot or too cold in the mattress. Though I mostly had my toddler in mind while buying the bed, waking up with no back pain in the middle of the night has been a blessing. Anybody waking with a sore back aching all over should give demko bed system a try before resigning themselves to life long pain. I am well pleased with our investment in buying demko bed. It had been worth it! Definitely!!!

I first came across this bed range at an exhibition and initially thought the beds were rather expensive. However several years later with a decrepit bed at home I decided to go ahead and buy a Demko bed having done lots of research in the meantime. Whilst comparing I found beds of a lower standard with much higher prices, so having a Swiss made bed at this price was worth it. We are delighted with our purchase, not only with respect to the the double wooden slat set-up providing gentle support but the natural latex filling without the dangers of off-gassing from memory foam and no nasty fire-retardants that furniture these days is saturated with. With the bed being super-king size I feel like I'm in a hotel and the standard height of the bed which at first we thought was too low, is just right for getting up in the morning. I have described this as the 'Demko experience': from the delivery of the trial bed, Tamas helping us formulate the correct mattress, delivery and set up and the aftercare service and of course a very comfortable bed which also looks beautiful with the white wood headboard, we have been so pleased with everything. Another important feature of this bed we found is that you can't feel any movement at all when the other person moves eliminating disturbances..

Since we both have problems with the spine, we were happy to find a product that perfectly supports the spine. We could not try the bed before ordering, but after discussing our requirements with the sales team, we did not hesitate to place our order. We have a Greta bed with 2 standard demo bed systems and organic latex mattresses. Now, after using it for 3 months, I can happily say that it surpasses all the expectations we had. Heidi Kirchgasser (Original) Demko Bett in Österreich Wir haben viele verschiedene Betten und Matratzen ausprobiert, bevor wir Demko gefunden haben. Da wir beide Probleme mit der Wirbelsäule haben, haben wir sehr gerne ein Produkt gefunden, das die Wirbelsäule perfekt unterstützt. Wir konnten das Bett nicht vor der Bestellung ausprobieren, aber nachdem wir unsere Anforderungen mit dem Verkaufsteam besprochen hatten, zögerten wir nicht, unsere Bestellung aufzugeben. Wir haben ein Greta-Bett mit 2 Standard-Demko-Bettsystemen und organischen Latex-Mattratzen. Jetzt, nachdem ich es 3 Monate lang benutzt habe, kann ich glücklich sagen, dass es alle Erwartungen übertrifft, die wir hatten. In Qualität, Design, der außergewöhnlichen Wirbelsäulenunterstützung und letztendlich dem Komfort. Dieses Bett ist nicht in der gleichen Liga wie andere Betten oder Matratzen. Das Bett wurde innerhalb von 3-4 Wochen in perfektem Zustand nach Klagenfurt / Österreich geliefert. Wir können Demko und sein Bettsystem nur jedem empfehlen! Danke nochmal! Heidi Kirchgasser
