Very friendly and helpful staff, and great, high-quality options for small spaces.

This store is a prime example of how customer service should be delivered- the store manager knows what she's doing! There was a small issue with my order, and with a project deadline nearing the thought of sorting a replacement part was daunting. After 2 phone calls, the super lovely store manager and her team managed to get a quick turnaround on the missing part! Everything was carried out with such ease, and professionalism and smiles! I'll be back again! Thanks guys :)

I really struggle with decor and need a lot of help when deciding what’s right for my home. I was welcomed with a warm smile and immediate assistance. The lady, I believe to be the manager was so helpful and empathised with my struggle. Thank god she knew what she was talking about otherwise I would have been wondering aimlessly and made the wrong purchase. I will definitely be back for her assistance when I’m doing up my front room.

I'm giving 3 stars purely because of the quality. The sofa-bed was expensive and not easy to assemble. The instructions weren't clear. We managed to put it together somehow (by chance more like!). We still have major problems opening/closing the sofa-bed, as the plastic parts do not slide easily into the right place. Every time it is a 15-20 minutes struggle to put the bed back into the sofa mode. Some of the smaller items we bought were of a poor quality either. The bathroom shelf had a part snapped in two during the assembling process. One of the toy tidies did not have the right amount of holes on the base side. I would have opted for a refund; however they do not offer refunds but exchanges or store credit only! On the positive note, the textiles are very nice. Very happy with the sofa cover, pillows and the vibrant colours are a plus. The shop assistant is a very lovely lady, always smiling and very helpful too. Also the store tends to have sale all the time which makes me wonder if it is a sale after all... summer sale, autumn sale, early spring sale, Easter sale what not...

The furniture that we bought from here is great! Our chairs are with awesome design and really comfortable. The mattress is firm and really good to sleep on it.
