z. a.I bought some Xmas lights from here which turned out to be faulty. The manager who’s name I cannot remember but Isabelle went above and beyond for me to not only get me another set of lights but she explained that she managed to repair my faulty lights and why they didn’t want to give them back to me.
Friendly staff and love all the trinkets that you find in there.

They were so kind showing my the various options and had no problem making the exchange despite us not having the receipt. Also called another store to try and reserve an item for us and took the trouble to find out it was damaged and give us the option of taking it or not. This kind of service will keep me coming back.
