Brilliant service. I have used this facility a few times now, and its great to know your furniture can be reused. Donated furniture twice now. All around great organisation, efficient, professional, reliable. Really easy communication via email with Nathalie, and Steve's team on the ground arrived on time as scheduled, were professional and polite, and were super efficient. They moved full sized wardrobes and sofas etc. over just two trips and all in record time. Really appreciate it as I had taken time out of work to be home for the collection. Great job and hope they keep doing what they do!

Being Worked as a volunteer in Homestore, I know how easy it is to arrange collection. Easy to complete and no fuss collection form; speedy response from staff; polite collection men who text you a time slot for collection; and no complaints about having to carry heavy furniture (I live on the first floor without a lift). Amazing store with really amazing staff there to help! I was warmly welcomed and was made to feel extremely comfortable in explaining my current financial situation. One of the staff called Owen was extremely polite and welcoming when i initially arrived. Also the lovely female with a big smile made me feel welcomed and explained thoroughly about the stock and process of delivery. All of the staff overall were very welcoming, the store is a great place for people on low income and unable to afford "decent" furniture for a small price. (Great household furniture in good condition) I left feeling over the moon and I am so excited to return next week! Can't stop telling people about the experience I had was great!!
