I had a really good experience with designing and buying my kitchen from Howdens Bermondsey. Jess in particular was a great help - she was very responsive and pro-active in relation to my queries, and was understanding when I changed my mind multiple times during the design phase. Would definitely recommend!

I think the negative reviews left here for Bermondsey branch, were meant for Peckham branch ? I used to use Peckham daily (where my account is), till two years ago. They never had stock, & always had to goto Bermondsey with a stock transfer. Bermondsey always have the items I need, from full kitchens, to random size doors, handles, locks etc. The staff whether its office, counter or warehouse are always helpful, & on the odd chance they don't have what I want, 9 out of 10 times they'll have it for the the following day.

A Big Thank you! - My experience with these guys has been amazing. These guys were a recommended to me by a neighbour. The branch Manager has a professional supportive manner which you can see is passed down through the team. My planner Jess, was recommended to me also and i am really pleased I listened. There was no hard sales talk and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Jess listened to what i wanted, whilst reasuring me and supporting. A friendly professional environment - I highly recommend!

This is one of my favourite Howdens stores. Stuff and managers are always helpful and what is most important they have good collective spirit, always jolly, happy and ready to assist you at any time. Never had a problem at this store as they are like one big family and make you feel part of it. Simply love this guys and their Bombay Mix 👍

My experience today at Howdens was great as I made contact with Aiman the design consultant. Aiman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Howdens products even though we are purchasing our kitchen from another Howdens branch Aiman guided us through the pros and cons when purchasing a new kitchen. I would recommend Howdens and especially the Bermondsey branch as they have a unique design suite that allows you to see you kitchen design unfold in front of you.

The experience designing and buying our kitchen could not have been made easier. The designer assisted us fully in achieving exactly what we wished for and we are now very pleased with the outcome. Howdens were very acommodating throughout and quick to respond when and if we had any queries. We would highly recommend them on both the quality of their kitchens and their customer service. We had bought our whole kitchen from IKEA, except the counter top as IKEA didn't have any nice ones. Howdens helped supply us with a VERY nice laminate (look like wood) top which worked with IKEA's cabinet measurements. We purchased two kitchen tops for a good price and were told we could come back with them if they didn't fit the kitchen. When we came back to purchase the end strip they gave it to us for free! The people working there were very helpful and genuinely were trying to help us find the right measurements for our kitchen. Also, they were giving us free breakfast vouchers for anyone who made a purchase. I got a very good impression of Howdens and the people working in Bermondsey branch.
