Recently purchased a kitchen from In-toto Greenwich and couldn't be happier with it. From the initially design service to accommodating changes due to site changes, the team have been fantastic. Aled and he's team have been friendly & knowledgeable whenever we have contacted them. The quality of the kitchen itself is of a very high standard and have had great comments from family who have seen it. Have already recommended to a number of friends and family.

We are very happy to report that we experienced a 5 star service from start to finish with in-toto kitchens.Our kitchen was designed and ordered in Nov 2019. We received the units fully assembled in Feb 2020 along with all the appliances ordered. I made several calls to the office and always receved excellent service from Ebs, Jas and the whole team. There were a couple of units which had slight damage which was reported to the office and they quickly responded and took ownership of any problems. The kitchen was fitted in Feb and looks fantastic - everybody loves it and that's where we spend most of our time now! Highly recommended for the excellent service and high quality German products.

We recently purchased a new kitchen from intoto Greenwich and are very pleased with the result. Bernard and team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping us through the design and planning phase and the end result looks exactly like it did on their rendering software. The kitchen units are of high quality and look superb in our newly renovated kitchen (which they also helped arrange through their fitting team). Everyone who's seen it says it looks like a showroom kitchen!

I have never once regretted deciding on In Toto in Greenwich for the new kitchen. The styles and build quality are the best I have found for the price range. I was open minded about the design and a very appealling design was worked up quickly. My circumstances changed and I needed a redesign - no problem and the new design was worked out just as quickly and willingly. The team that did some preparatory building work and the one which fitted the kitchen were excellent in the quality, with fantastic attention to detail, and cleanliness. In particular, the prep building work lead to an unavoidable change and the team were excellent in fitting the units round the obstruction. The measuring and fitting of the worktop then glass splashback came at the end of the fitting out. This was unexpected and stretched out the completion but it was worth it because the worktop and splashback fit perfectly. I am so pleased with the final appearance. OK I had to pay and it was good value. I was surprised I didn’t have to pay anything till I placed the order despite all the design work changes and throughout support from the In Toto team was wonderful. If I ever need a new kitchen, I know where I’ll be going!

We can really recommend in-toto after our experience. We went to them for a worktop and appliances and they went above and beyond in terms of patience (as we chose the colours and type) and customer service. They guided us in terms of options, were knowledgeable and kept us well informed along the way. The quality of the products was also excellent. Aled and LeOui are a great team.

After 6 months of deciding which company to use, In-toto Greenwich were head and shoulders above the competition yet reasonably priced. The design process created a very simple but ingenious idea to make the best use of space that no other company nor ourselves had envisaged. The result was a beautifully clean design that worked perfectly with the high quailty units and handless doors which has given our family exactly the type of kitchen that we had hoped for. Beautiful! I was recently able try one of their kitchens: just WOW! After the first workshop/demonstration that I offered the showrrom in Greenwich, I realised just how good it feels to work in a functional and stylish kitchen which makes any cooking experience a true delight : Beyond the amazing kitchen I was able to use, which was specifically designed for cookery demonstrations, the showroom has many superb examples of just how great a kitchen can be both practically and aesthetically, beautifully made with German precision and attention to detail in exquisite materials with unique storage features. I cannot wait to come back and offer more workshops, demonstrations and tasting sessions! The Studio Manager, Mr. Bernard McGettigan, explained to me just what a difference it makes to have a kitchen designed for you through a consultative design process where the emphasis is on the client in terms of their tastes, interests and lifestyle the result of which is a kitchen which is both unique and inspiring. He went on to say that any one, regardless of the stage they are at in the process, is very welcome to visit the showroom to meet one of the designer and talk through their plans.
