After 3 years of asking 6 people/companies to do something with my scruffy alcove and not getting a single quote (some were asked 2 or 3 times) I finally stumbled across Instrument. I was apprehensive at first because there is no phone number to call the company, and I do not view myself as being good with IT stuff. I had no need to worry any questions I had were answered very promptly via their chat and emails. Today I have had delivered and assembled a Cleo 17 wardrobe. I am really pleased with it and the service provided by Instrument over the past 3 weeks. I want to say a big thank you to all at Instrument and to tell everybody else don't waste your time, go straight to this company

I can’t rate this company highly enough. Everything from ordering to installation has been brilliant. Their customer care, fitters and their products are superb. We paid the extra for fitting and my advice to anyone is it’s worth every penny. We have a very wonky house with wonky floors and walls and the fitters did everything to make the job work. I would highly recommend this company, they treated me and my custom very professional and 100% cared about my purchase every step of the way, the quality of the furniture I bought is absolutely top notch, none of the flimsy stuff that plenty other companies try and palm you off with and just to boost profits, that's not what you get from instrument, if your thinking twice about the price of the fitting well, DON'T as I can assure you it's well worth paying for, their fitting team are simply the best, very polite and leave no mess at all, it's so refreshing to know their are companies still around who truly appreciate customer's, I wouldn't hesitate to use Instrument again. We paid extra for the fitting service as we had two sets to be installed. The guys doing the installation grafted all day long, very hard workers indeed. Both of our children are thrilled with them, for once we think they may keep their bedrooms tidy. Value for money for furniture 10/10, the fitting service is a little expensive but well worth saving all the hassle of doing it yourself so i'll give that a 10/10 too.

After having to return a wardrobe from benson for beds which arrived very badly damaged we stumbled across Instrument furniture as we were very disappointed with benson for beds. So professional, amazing job guys. From start to finish you have been so helpful. immediate answers to any question. I had to wait for carpets to be layed before having waldrobes fitted and you were happy to arrange a later delivery and assembly to suit me. It was a little difficult to find initially, the Instrument sign is vertical and not easily visible from the road. You park in front of the shop/unit and a knock on the doors brings the workers to unlock. Displays are covered to protect from a recent water leak, but still functional and seem to represent excellent value when compared to the other brands. It was nice to touch and feel product so we were reassured that they exist, when you are dealing mostly with them on the Internet you never know. The assistants are very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to demonstrate our particular items. We have ordered 5 sets and are satisfied they exist, we await the promised installation in a few weeks with interest.

I have just assembled and fitted a CLEO1 wardrobe from INSTRUMENT. I have to say it is probably the best all-round Internet company that I have ever dealt with. Everything about them I have found to be exemplary. From pre-sales advice, through ordering and delivery and then after-sales, their commitment to providing a customer-focussed service has been exceptional. Their chat-line and email response has been almost immediate at all times and they have gone out of their way to provide answers to all questions. The wardrobe arrived at the nominated time in secure packaging that was placed in the requested room. I elected to assemble the item myself and it took the best part of a day. The assembly should be well within the capability of an average DIYer. Some of the sections are quite heavy and as suggested by the company it is really a two person job. The finished wardrobe is structurally sound and aesthetically very pleasing and represents good value for money. Cleo 180cm Wardrobe Shetland Oak Their customer service team answered my email queries promptly and were very helpful. They kept me informed by regular emails on the status of my order and delivery time. The wardrobe looks lovely, it is a lovely colour and is very solid and well built. The doors run smoothly and there is plenty of space to hang clothes and store items. We are very happy with our purchase. The two man team who delivered and installed the wardrobe were very polite and observed the Corona virus rules at all times. It took them an hour to assemble and they cleared up and took all the packaging with them. It would have taken me and my husband that length of time to get the boxes up the stairs! So glad I chose the assembly option as I think it saved us a lot of stress! I would not hesitate to recommend this company as, like a previous customers review, they gave a personal touch to the whole process.

Just had our wardrobe delivered today after we ordered it in late Friday night! The next day they confirmed when would be best for delivery and so it arrived. We're glad we paid for installation, they guys were here a good couple of hours. Everything installed perfectly, By a professional team of two. The wardrobe (Cleo 16) fits perfectly in our room, is a great quality set that is modern and sleek and just looks really good. Would not hesitate to recommend and do prefer companies like this where they are still able to give a personal service rather than the big faceless companies that lack service and quality. I paid for a wardrobe and the assemble service unfortunately there were parts missing so the job couldn’t be completed. The after service was excellent they came out the following day with the missing parts and done a fantastic job ! I am very happy with the quality and the service I received. We were cautiously optimistic after ordering based on the great value and good reviews. Now the items have been delivered we were wrong to be sceptical! Excellent quality. Feels really sturdy considering flat pack and laminated etc but for what we paid we are really happy. The delivery service was very efficient with texts to confirm slots. The 2 chaps who came to assemble were excellent - nice guys, very hard working, didn’t leave until gone 7PM, taking all the rubbish with them. The assembly looked quite complicated so would recommend this service as it wasn’t expensive.

The delivery was due between 3pm and 7pm, they arrived at 5.30pm and the two guys spent the next 3 hours assembling our 2 large wardrobes and drawers all on a pint of water each. Dont hesitate to use these guys, I ordered a wardrobe then on receipt of invoice I read the small print and realised I needed a bit more clearance for the wardrobe to fit, I Iive chatted with someone that helped me sort it all out, within 10 mins, we had picked one that fitted, organised new date, and had the difference in price refunded within few days. Ok, I’ve ordered this cabinet from Instrument. The service was fine and I was well informed throughout the process. The delivery was a week later than what they initially said which was fine. Delivery guys were really friendly. The issue I have is that the colour of the cabinet that they advertised is completely different to how it looks like on the photos. The photos as advertised show the cabinet in a light colour. I do realise that natural wood and lighting can make the product look different , but the difference in colour is huge! The cabinet I received is two tone. The one advertised was all in the same colour. Very dark wood on the outside with light drawers. In my opinion this is a major flaw in advertising the product. It doesn’t take much to put accurate photos of the item on your website. All my furniture is in light wood and now I got this one dark piece. You cannot advertise a light piece of furniture and then send a dark one to the customer. Really not happy about this.

The wardrobe looks stunning we are extremely pleased with the quality which is something you can never be sure off when purchasing anything online until it arrives. Your chaps who came out to us were very quick and polite after the job they cleared up and left no mess, Superb! The customer service was excellent whenever I spoke to anyone on the phone be it prior when ordering or latter with a small issue you were always ready and willing to help and always came up with solution. Would recommend this company to anyone for quality value and customer service. Would also say the extra money spent on having the wardrobe assembled was worth every penny wouldn't have wanted to do it myself.

Just purchased two Cleo white wardrobes with sliding doors - the quality is very high and the overall finish is lovely - perfect sliding doors The wardrobes have transformed the bedroom - but beware - the instructions are only in pictures - it took us 9 hours to build the first one and 6 hours for the second one ! - we are planning a third for the spare room so hopefully 3 hours should do it ! - good results - highly recommend- also after placing order it was delivered within 10 days ! Purchased MARSYLIA wardrobe - Top quality wardrobe and excellent customer service. If anybody is thinking twice about paying additional for their assembly service, I'd say go for it. The wardrobes I had fitted were abserlutly brilliant. Far nicer than I could have imagined so strong very well made. lots of space shelves and 3 rails all metal fitting no cheap plastic fittings that brake. To my surprise there are all lights along the top really smart looks modern and expensive and for a reasonable fee they were all fitted up and ready to go in just over 2 hours also 2bedside cabinets to match all for a good price. Same quality as IKEA furniture. Delivery: they advertise no delivery cost which isn't true. If you live in a flat they will charge £10 per floor even it takes 5 mins to bring everything upstairs and guess what...no receipt about this at all. Good way to make black business. Extra rail: the rail will be provided at standard size which is not going to fit your wardrobe so you need to cut yourself. Next time will definitely go back to IKEA better clear customer service

Had Anthiny and Tomy deliver and assemble a grey marsylia mirrored wardrobe today we are very happy and impressed with the wardrobe and the guys I got a call before they arrived with an expected time when they arrived they were very polite and had the wardrobe built very fast took away the packaging and showed us our new wardrobe which is very impressive and extremely good value considering we were quoted over £5000 for a sharps and got the same space filled for £569 for the wardrobe and £80 assembly worth every penny and they made everything hassle free. This furniture shop is amazing. The delivery process is the most efficient I have seen in a long time and their products are easy to assemble and to die for at reasonable prices !! Also have never seen a company have such a good handful of polite and hardworking delivery men.

Excellent company to deal with and amazing quality wardrobe! I purchased the Cleo1 (250cm) wardrobe and I'm not disappointed in the slightest. The wardrobe looks a lot more expensive than the cost and the build quality is excellent. I paid the extra for installation and the guys who delivered and installed we're very, very good. Professional and polite from start to finish. Even when i had fudged my measurements for the wardrobe positioning (i forgot to factor in a radiator!) they found a way around the issue and did it with patience and professionalism. Now my dressing room looks amazing, thank you both so much. Great experience from start to finish will definitely use again and recommend.
