S. M. C.After waiting for 16 weeks for our new sofa, it arrived with 24hrs notice and we needed to discard of our old one quickly. I called on the Wednesday and managed to book for the next day, they quoted a fair price and talked me through the process.
Two gentleman arrived and quickly assessed the situation, the sofa was slightly bigger than what they had anticipated. They politely asked if someone from head office could call me to discuss options. Someone called and they explained that there would be an additional charge, they talked me through the reasonings politely and calmly and we agreed to the new price.
The guys broke the sofa down quickly and efficiently, they had made some mess from breaking the piece down and really kindly offered to clean up.
The whole experience was really excellent, the guys were kind, calm and quick.
