Brilliant experience with the guys at the shop, they are super helpful. I purchased a new memory foam matress from these guys, great quality and a very competitive price. Usually I have issues getting anything delivered to my flat (3rd floor and no lift). However these guys delivered and brought it up for me without any fuss, they even unpacked it all for me and took the packaging with them as they left (possibly due to my arm being temporarily in a sling). Amazing customer service and a great experience. I totally recommend! See you guys again soon, I am in need of some new furniture!!

I have been shopping here for years and am never disappointed. They’re always willing to go out of their way to help and can usually deliver very quickly. I visited last week for the first time in a few months and was very impressed with how they’re handling social distancing in the shop, all customers had masks on and they were even happy to give out a mask to someone who had left theirs at home. It all felt very well organised and safe so I will happily continue shopping here.

I have always found Happy Nightmares VERY helpful, courteous and willing. The level of customer service is high. I need not shop anywhere else for furniture, as the products and level of care is good during sales and after sales if necessary. Had a replacement bed brought to the apartment by these guys. The two gentlemen who came were incredibly friendly and we had a nice chat. They removed the old bed and built the new one within a half hour. Very happy with the work done!

The guys who work there delayed my item I paid for as a deposit for weeks endlessly so I had to call back and fourth to make sure that they do deliver it and made me stress out and one guy who works there seems drunk and smells of alcohol but the owner is lovely and the product overall is good but just wish they kept to a date of delivery instead of making people wait and wait.

I am a private landlord with properties in Whitechapel, Shadwell and previously Bethnal Green. I have bought all my beds and mattresses from these guys for the last 18 years. In the past I have just gone into their store, paid for what I want and agreed the delivery day. They show up when promised and drop the bed off where you want it without fuss. They also offer to take away old mattresses and dispose of them for an additional fee. Very handy if you have one day to ready a property for new tenants. I am currently in South America and found out on Thursday that I needed a new bed delivered on Friday. I chose and paid for a bed on the Happy Nightmares website and annotated my order with a request that they liaise with my managing agent to organise the delivery the next day. I got an email back from them within 20 minutes confirming this, they called my managing agent to confirm they would be delivering a bed the next day and then called her the next day to coordinate meeting her at the property. All went absolutely smoothly. Good luck trying to get that level of service from Argos. It's never going to happen. If you want to have a sensible conversation with a grown-up then you need to be dealing with a reliable local business. I have not even bothered to shop around for the last 18 years. I know these guys have solid pricing and a level of service that I cannot get elsewhere. Buy with confidence, Happy Nightmares will not let you down and my most recent transaction left me delighted.

Marvellous bed store, stocks big brands that you can buy from Debenhams, but will deliver when you want. Better price too.

A good size shop wich i feel could if been used more efficiently. Apart from whats on display they sell lots of other unique stuff wich are in books. Wich isnt always helpful. I have bought all my furnitures from here. But i have seen them on display elsewhere but i bought them from happy nightmares. Because they were cheaper. Having a shop that size they could of had samples of other things just to get the feel and look of things. The boss is slightly grumpy, laid back and doesn't like to talk much. Can be moody too. But they have always sorted out any problems ive had with items. I ordered a matress but it didnt fit my sons bed because it was an italian bed. So even though john was huffing and puffing again he had it collected and refunded me. another time I ordered two matresses wich were damaged. He arranged a pickup and new ones were sent out straightaway. There have been other times were they have resolved my complaints in their own way. Good shop not bad items but has the potential to be better. Would definitely recommend it
