Kazi, the Showroom Manager, was was very knowledgeable and helpful. The order was smooth and the delivery equally good: the team was nice and professional, they got the sofa upstairs and installed in no time.
The sofa looks great and the bed is a proper and very comfortable one. It's also easy to operate and has a 3rd position "méridienne" which is great to relax!

Most importantly, the shop assistant Kazi looked after us at every step in the process. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He accelerated the delivery times and added the white glove delivery service for no additional cost.

J. S.Long overdue review here! We bought a togo last Dec and it took about 3-4 months to arrive. Since we moved to London, we had various experience with different furniture and delivery services, and this is by far the best! Mostly thanks to Kazi who was incredibly responsive and understanding with our concerns. He was also very clear at setting our expectations so there is less uncertainty with these types of made-to-order items, and of course, we also love the togo!
