I insisted on seeing the chair so went down to their office. They had everything arranged for me to look at. Took no time and I had the chair the next day. Absolutely fantastic service and great prices on premium chairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a new chair and desk from the store. The pricing was very reasonable. It's been about a month and I have been very impressed with the desk. I had a couple of "aesthetic" issues with the chair but they were extremely responsive and provided a replacement at no added charge. One my best experiences as a customer.

I work for a public sector organisation and am supporting my colleagues with workplace adjustments while working at home. I needed a specialist ergonomic chair which I was lucky enough to find being sold at a third of the price of a the new equivalent.
Although I was keen to make a significant saving, of several £100, I was nervous about spending public money on a company that I hadn't tried and buying second hand items on behalf of others.
I explained that whilst I didn't expect the chair to be in perfect condition, I did need it to be fully functioning and was buying it on that premise. I also didn't want to cause my colleague additional stress by having to arrange it's return.
Teelay arranged for the chair to be tested for functionality and found that it wasn't working fully.
I had thought that by choosing to buy a pre-owned product I would have to "take it or leave it" so I was totally amazed and blown away by the fact that he was able to source another fully functioning chair in good order and with little delay.
My colleague is now more comfortable and I am recommending the company to my colleagues who are looking to source desks and chairs for home working.
