We used Schmidt Wimbledon when we renovated our house this year. We worked with Charley at the start and he was great at designing a kitchen that looked fantastic and worked for our space and what we wanted. Throughout the whole process the communication was great between us and our builders so that the arrival of the kitchen worked perfectly for our build. When the kitchen arrived Ryan and the fitter Alan were great at making sure everything was to their high standard of finish. Overall our experience with schmidt Wimbledon was very positive and we have recommended to friends. We are very happy with our lovely kitchen 😀

Schmidt Wimbledon I can honestly say are like a breath of fresh air and they were easily the best company who worked on our project...or that we've ever used! From the start they we're just so helpful, informative and went out of their way to help design us the kitchen of our dreams for the space and budget that we had available. They literally worked their magic with my small kitchen space and managed to fit in everything that I wanted without going over budget or impacting the design and nothing was too much trouble for them. The design they produced was so well thought out with their clever layout and since I have been using the kitchen it's transformed my cooking as everything is exactly where it needs to be when I need it! The amount of storage space they fitted into my kitchen is more than I was expecting, I still haven’t filled half the cupboard space, having those Schmidt extra deep drawers and cupboards has made all the difference, compared to previous kitchens I have had. It's so nice to have people who geniunely care about you having the end result that you want. One thing that made the service extra easy was using their installation service, Alan and the other installer are major perfectionists, the attention to detail was incredible! They made sure everything was millimetre perfect! They were the ONLY company that gave us a date and stuck to it and did everything within the times that they told us they would. Compared to other companies we have dealt with they really are miles above anyone else for service and quality and I would never go anywhere else when looking for a kitchen. I also realised that they do other storage solutions around the home so I am eyeing up my living room media unit for my next purchase with them! All I can say is - Go to Schmidt Wimbledon...from your first contact with them you will see exactly the kind of service you will get the whole way through! I had a great experience with the Schmidt Kitchens Wimbledon team. I ordered a new kitchen, our initial meeting went very well and we discussed my brief in detail. I was shown around the show room for additional suggestions, some of which I adopted straight away. The design they proposed was fantastic, it ticked all the boxes and more. Alas Covid happened and delivery and installation of the kitchen was delayed but Charley kept me informed regularly and stuck to the updated timeline. The very good thing coming out of the delay was that I had change of heart and decided on totally different fronts for the entire kitchen. Again, Schmidt was very understanding and patient and produced updated drawings and amended the quote appropriately. They were very reactive. The installation was a walk in the park, done as per the agreed calendar. Alan was precise, efficient, clean, and a pleasure to work with. As to the quality and range of products on offer, I could not praise Schmidt more. Our kitchen works a lot and it feels solid, yet is beautiful. You can put tons of stuff in the drawers, so much so that I currently have empty shelves! I strongly recommend you head to Schmidt Kitchen Wimbledon if you are planning on getting a new kitchen.

We have recently used Schmidt Wimbledon to design and install the kitchen and utility room in our new extension and we have been very impressed with the whole experience. We started our consultation under lockdown so our first two appointments were virtual but that didn't stop them giving us a tour of the showroom and making us feel very welcome. The customer service experience has been excellent and the pre-design meetings, planning, tweaking, advice, suggestions, final design, delivery on time and fantastic installation have all been amazing. We can't thank all the team enough but especially Charley, Aleksandra, Ryan and Alan. Nothing has been a drama with them and we would highly recommend the team. I've got nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Schmidt Wimbledon team! Schmidt came highly recommended to me by a family member, and they didn't disappoint. They fitted a TV unit (back panel, shelving and bookcase) in June 2021. The designer Aleksandra was extremely knowledgeable, full of good ideas and very friendly to boot! After some back and forth via email and phone, we decided to do a web conference to try some different ideas out and make updates to the designs live on the call (a store visit at this time wasn't possible due to Covid) - this worked really well! When it came to the installation, Alan was a total star. He worked quickly and diligently, and even paid a courtesy visit day after the installation to ensure everything was working as it should be. I will 100% be using Schmidt again in the future!

Schmidt review We have had 2 Schmidt kitchen in 7 years and look for quality, functionality and value. After extensive research Schmidt was the only option based on our requirements. I recently moved to a smaller property and was determined to source my 2nd kitchen from them. We went to the Wimbledon branch having read a number of very positive reviews online and had top level service from day 1. Charley was extremely helpful and supported us throughout the whole process. He came up with design that was perfect for us. We had so much choice for units, worktops, appliances and storage solutions. We were anxious about this project during lockdown but the whole team at Wimbledon were so supportive and responsive to the challenges at this time. Our kitchen is perfect for us and the versatility of the units and quality of finish is outstanding. I would highly recommend not only Schmidt kitchens but also the Wimbledon branch.

Fantastic team and services! Schmidt wimbledon was the third kitchen company I contacted being quite disappointed with the lack of both quality and creative design proposals that I was after. A big shout out to the designer Asma. She helped bring my ideas to life and give guidance on what would work and what what wouldn't. And also suggested some great creative ideas I would never have thought about. She listened carefully to ensure she understands our taste and what would work for us or not. She was very patient and actively participated to the design brief and then created a proposal tuned to my requirements using a wealth of experience, knowledge of the options available and creative flair. She finally gave me a steer on the most cost effective way to achieve what we were after (without compromising on quality and design). All the way through the process communication was first class from options on design, availability, installation and timings. Customer care and a willingness and desire to ensure everything went smoothly was evident and if we did have one or two small issues we were kept updated with progress and never left hanging. The whole team is friendly, professional and competent. Our new kitchen is fantastic and everything we were looking for: contemporary, functional and beautiful!!! We are very happy with our much longed-for kitchen. It is of the highest quality in construction and the design is more than we could have envisioned ourselves. We were very happy with the consultation process with Charley who made the most of our medium-sized space and our particular wishes. He was very flexible and positive about what could be done in the space, whilst having expertise in regulations too. There was a wide range of materials and colours to choose from. I love the deep drawers and the way there are glass infills on the sides to keep pots etc from falling through the sides and the internal drawers just inside them for things like saucepan lids. The people who installed the kitchen, Alan and Ryan, were very professional and worked very hard to ensure that the fit was exactly right.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and my experience working with Schmidt , Wimbledon. They have a great pro-active team there who are on top of every detail and are always on hand to help & offer advice - they brilliantly follow-up on everything. After speaking with several kitchen outlets I chose Schmidt mainly because of their customizability, giving me the kitchen as I really wanted it with very minimal compromise. The design process was extremely thorough and detailed (it probably took too much of my time though, partly because their design software is very fiddly taking a while to make each individual tweak). Their order, delivery and installation processes are also spot-on which resulted in me getting a great and hassle free outcome.

I would like to thank Charley, Ryan, Alan and the rest of the Wimbledon team for giving me such a positive experience amongst all the chaos this year has brought. I was recommended by a friend and after an initial chat with Charley in the showroom I decided not to go elsewhere. I was given great advice on space planning and guidance on the architectural plan which meant I could make changes to suit the kitchen design. I didn't get such attention to detail when I visited other kitchen showrooms which made me feel reassured I could trust in their expertise. The process was simple and surprisingly I enjoyed choosing the colour scheme. It was difficult to agree on final colours and a design layout but I didn't feel pressurised. However I would advise not chopping and changing as it can be very draining and waste considerable time. I actually found myself being drawn back to initial choices so trust your instinct. It also helped that the team is very strong and all designers helped provide their perspective and colour scheme options. It shows that it is a real collaboration of design skills. Finally the installation was carried out with a high standard of professionalism and a visible passion to ensure the product looked its best at the end of the process. Alan is most definitely a man of many talents! I am extremely happy with the end result. The colours look rich and luxurious and the pan drawers are strong and sturdy. I would highly recommend Schmidt Wimbledon if you are planning a home renovation project :)

Fabulous Service from start to finish. We had been looking for a Quality Kitchen for some time and unable to find anything locally (we live in Jersey) we visited Schmidt Wimbledon and were extremely impressed. Obviously logistics were not going to be easy getting a complete kitchen and appliances to the Island and of course fitted. However Ryan and his team pulled it off, I can not express enough how professional they were and made it all seem so simple (although I know it was anything but simple). I can't recommend Schmidt Wimbledon highly enough. We did a kitchen extension and complete re-model of our downstairs last year and visited several kitchen showrooms during the process. We went to Schmidt first and were so impressed with their designs, creative solutions, customer service and value. After weeks of comparing different companies, we kept coming back to Schmidt and in the end decided to go with them. It was the best decision we made. Charley was fantastic from the first meeting. He was so thorough, from understanding our style to how we use our space and came up with a design that we instantly loved and would be perfect for our family lifestyle. He made it so easy for us and we felt supported and valued throughout the whole process. We tweaked features here and there a few times to ensure that we got everything we wanted in our budget and he was always on hand with solutions and to answer all our questions. He made thoughtful suggestions of things we hadn't even thought of, all whilst being respectful of our budget. Charley met with our builders several times to make sure everyone was on the same page and provided technical plans that helped ensure everything ran smoothly. Even with delays due to COVID, the Schmidt team were keeping us up-to-date with everything and made sure it all went smoothly. Charley went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and even Facetimed our electrician one evening to make sure they installed our Bora Hob properly! From start to finish, it was the best customer service we've experienced. They made the renovation a lot less stressful for us knowing we could rely on the team at Schmidt to deal with any issues that arose with the best possible solution for us. We are several months on now from installation and I can honestly say that we love our kitchen so much! All the clever design ideas that Charley came up with for us, mean that our kitchen is designed for us perfectly. A kitchen really is the centre of a home and we feel so happy that we trusted the team at Schmidt with ours. If you're thinking about buying a new kitchen, they are by far the best company to go to.

Charley at Schmidt has a wonderful ability of intuitively understanding what the customer is looking for. I came in with some understanding of what I wanted for my new kitchen, and Charley was immediately able to make sense of my disparate ideas, and weave them together to plan a new kitchen. We essentially finalised the bulk of the design in our first meeting - and I couldn’t be happier. The kitchen looks fantastic, and - to my great surprise - the storage solutions he found for the small space we had to work with meant that there now really is space for all my kitchen items. If you are in the market for a new kitchen, and are based within reach of South West London, you can do none better than to choose Schmidt in Wimbledon. From my first enquiries about updating my old and tired kitchen, Charley and his team were exceptionally friendly and attentive, putting together a smart, modern proposal to fit into my (admittedly small) space and suit all my requirements exactly. At every stage, from design, measurements, timetable, and construction, the service and quality I felt were a definite cut above the competition one may find elsewhere. All my queries were answered clearly, and even when I asked for one minor change at planning stage (namely, switching the sink from a single to a double), Charley worked tirelessly to find a solution which worked, keeping me informed at every level. To invest in a new kitchen, as it was in my case, can be the biggest investment since actually acquiring the property itself; but the ease and attentiveness via which the project was managed, in conjunction with the excellent team of builders led by Devin, eliminated any stresses such an undertaking would normally entail. I now have a superb, top-quality, eye-catching and practical kitchen to be proud of - as well as one which is, I have to admit, quite intriguing. I'm not sure how Charley factored in such an ingenious use of space, particularly when I consider how awkward and stingy my previous kitchen used to be. Wizardry, I think, must be afoot. I would have no hesitation in engaging the services of Schmidt again for any other renovation or design project I may have in the future.

Highly recommended Asma & Charley at Schmidt Wimbledon. We had great customer service experience with both of them. Initially we had kitchen designing done by Wren, IKEA, IDC etc but something was missing and then a friend recommended we should try Asma at Schmidt Wimbledon. So glad we went to her. In our initial design & purchase stage in January I had to suddenly travel overseas and they continued to help & advise us through phone calls to meet our deadlines. Detailed kitchen design prints were given so that the builder could get things ready accordingly. There was delay in delivery & installation due to COVID19 but they kept us updated regularly and always replied to our queries even during lockdown. Once lockdown opened we had our kitchen installed ASAP by Alan single handedly, amazing installer. There were issues with the worktop stone and Charley & Asma made sure things got sorted with and new stone was put in by the stone company. I love my new black & white Schmidt kitchen. In our whole renovations saga they have been the best team to work with, friendly and totally professional ! Thank you Asma & Charley for always being there for us through this stressful time

Can't recommend Charley, Ryan, Alan and the entire Schmidt Wimbledon team highly enough. After the disappointing news that we had a leak under our kitchen floor leading to extensive damage throughout our ground floor flat, we decided to pursue a conversation and met with Charley after coming across their work online. It was our first time remodelling a kitchen and whilst we were originally overwhelmed, we couldn't have been in better hands. From early conversations about design options, budget and timeline, to the extensive attention to detail during the measurement and fitting process, everything was seamless. As expected earlier this year during a global pandemic, there was a period where the shop was closed but that didn't stop the team from progressing behind the scene, calling us to personally update us and assure us we'd receive our kitchen on time. As planned, everything was delivered on time. Throughout the process, they went the extra mile in liaising with our builders and saved the day on more than one occasion with helpful and proactive solutions. The final product is gorgeous and it has totally transformed the space, making it feel so much larger than what it is whilst maintaining the three distinct zones we asked for in our original brief. We were referred to Schmidt by our builder, having already had quotes from Wren, Howdens and John Lewis. We can say without a shadow of a doubt, that the quality of the finish is superb and the service from Charley (and supporting team) in the Wimbledon showroom was top notch. Our install wasn't without issue, however on both occasions they were dealt with swiftly and with the polished customer-focussed service that we have come to learn is part of the Schmidt experience from start to finish. I would have expected buying a kitchen to be daunting and a complex process. However right from the start Charley (who is also the manager) made the whole process from design through to delivery of the kitchen so simple. He even came out to the house a couple of times to ensure that the design would fit and any issues could be resolved earlier before the kitchen is manufactured and delivered. When it came time to renovate our kitchen, Schmidt was our first choice of showroom to visit. We had planned to visit other kitchen companies and showrooms but when we approached Schmidt we were introduced to our designer, Asma. We were after a classy kitchen that would stand the test of time and appear timeless. Asma took our vision and really took interest in getting to know our style and precisely what we were looking for. We walked away from that meeting completely satisfied that Asma would be the person to really bring our vision to life. Following our second meeting, we were really impressed with the design presentation, the detail and meticulous planning that went into making the perfect kitchen for our space. Asma had a lasting impression with her flair and passion for interior design. It was an easy decision for us, and we genuinely did not feel the need to go anywhere else. Asma was so warm, friendly, exceptionally professional, and knowledgeable. We, like many others, really did take our time in deciding the finer details and changing our minds with the finishes we wanted in our new kitchen. Asma was patient, supportive and welcomed our creativity. She was very insightful and gave a great balance of support with her input and then allowing us to lead the way. Despite delays that had taken place due to the lockdown situation internationally, we were kept informed every step of the way. Come installation date, Asma went out of her way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. She took interest and pride in our kitchen and even completed site visits outside of her working hours. Granted there were hiccups along the way, the customer service we received from Asma and the entire team was exceptional. Everything was rectified with diligence and care in the timeliest manner. The customer care and personal service along with a beautiful quality kitchen is priceless especially in such a tough year. Would we recommend Asma and her team? Without a doubt, they are an excellent team that work together seamlessly and really provide the customer service you would expect with a Schmidt kitchen. We cannot thank each one of you enough in elevating our space with your elegant design and attention to detail. We have not only walked away with our dream kitchen but also found new friends along the way!

We worked with Laurence in the Wimbledon branch and found him to be very helpful. Quality of the kitchen is good. We had our own builders install and they found it easy enough. After sales support was excellent as we needed some extra bits and pieces which were sorted out for us quickly. Would recommend.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Schmidt Wimbledon. Charley and the rest of the team provided fantastic service right from the initial design stages right through to installation. Charley prompted us to really think about how we wanted to use our new kitchen, and came up with great suggestions to maximise the use of space/storage, and also maximise our budget - advising us where it was worth spending a bit extra and where we could actually save money (the final design came in at the lower end of the original budget he indicated we would be looking at for what we wanted to do, which was a pleasant surprise!). We also got some extra storage units and bespoke bookshelf units designed and installed at the same time, and we are super happy with the end result - it looks even better than we had hoped! We also used one of the specialist Schmidt fitters, as the quote ended up being not much more than our builder's quote, and it made the whole process super smooth - Alan was incredibly efficient with amazing attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team - we LOVE using our new kitchen :)

I can only echo what others have said before. Charley, the showroom manager, has been nothing but simply amazing. I'm sure with just about 9 sqm our kitchen must be one of the smaller projects that Charley is looking after but he was always attentive, quick to communicate, passionate, very very patient (we don't tend to make decisions quickly) and super creative in coming up with clever ways to use the space, or a more cost effective solution. We were on a tight budget and together with the units, appliances and worktop Charley was able to offer us incredibly good value. He's been a joy to be working together with and has continued to be even after the sale was secured (which is not always the case with some sales people). Can't wait for the kitchen to arrive. Really a 6 star experience! :)

I go on these sites ONLY if I've been bitterly disappointed or wanted to shout from the rooftops a how ecstatic I am. Thankfully, it's the latter that applies to Schmidt Kitchens. I'd never even heard of them before, as they'd been recommended by a neighbour. The guy I met on my first visit - Ryan - was patient and helpful. He e-mailed me a spread of ovens/hobs that were within my budget and a ballpark estimate for my worktop. I went ahead. And every stage of the process went like clockwork - the measuring, the removal of my old material, the fitting of the new. I even (annoyingly!) wanted to keep my old antique tap and that was no problem. A job very, very well done.

And from the moment we stepped on the showroom Charley, has welcomed us with the most relaxing and knowledgeable way ever. Almost like he could read our minds but without being pretentious, which is the way we like costumer service. We already had a plan drawn up by our architect for our new kitchen extension and looked at a number of kitchen suppliers. We were struggling to find one who could design a kitchen to fit in with the dimensions of our plan. Fortunately our builder recommended that we visit Schmidt Kitchens Wimbledon where we found a great range of different kitchen styles /unit sizes/ handles / worktops / accessories etc and a great choice of designs and colours. We spoke with Laura who was extremely helpful and came up with a design which met all our expectations and more. We specifically chose Schmidt because they could provide us with a good quality kitchen which not only looked stylish with many practical features but also represented good value for money.We not only received superb service throughout the order process from Laura but the kitchen was delivered exactly on time - they even brought it through our house with a smile - and all was in good order. The builders who installed our kitchen were all very impressed with the quality and design of the units and worktops.We have received many compliments re the kitchen and would strongly recommend Schmidt Kitchens to anyone.

We ordered our kitchen from the Wimbledon Branch in May. Benoit Mayen was our designer and he was very helpful going though the options. The kitchen was delivered as per schedule and fitted by our own builders [ i must say in hindsight, i would have paid the premium to have them fitted by Schmidt] who did a good job. There were some small remedial issues that Laura (manager) sorted out very promptly, and organised the Schmidt own fitters to come over and deal with. I must say the kitchen looks marvellous, but what really distinguishes them is the complete front to back customer care, which has been exceptional. We are delighted with the end product, and look forward to at least 20 years of use. I would have no hesitation in recommending Schmidt Wimbledon for your new kitchen.

We are really pleased with the service we’ve received from Schmidt throughout the entire process - 5 Stars. We had a full kitchen designed and installed, as well as a subsequent bespoke office desk, and the quality of the product is excellent, just as they promise. The first thing we noticed when we entered the store was the friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff, and over the course of the design and implementation we felt totally looked after by them all. Asma was our designer on both projects and she did a brilliant job. We felt her strong customer-focus, sincerity and friendliness from the very first moment. She spent time with us, listened to what we wanted as the customer, really grasped our tastes, and the result was kitchen and office solutions that totally met our wants and needs. Asma was very detailed and organised, communicated extremely well with us and coordinated all the scheduling throughout the entire project. Because she has such a creative eye and invested time to understand us, she was able to help select the perfect design and colour scheme. Installation is also critical, of course, and the quality of installation and speed at which the team fixed the slightest imperfection was outstanding. Our kitchen came out wonderfully and we get comments from everyone who visits. It definitely now has the WOW factor. We would highly recommend Schmidt for your next kitchen / interior design. We brought our Schmidt kitchen a few months ago and could not have been happier with the finished result. We needed a new kitchen as we were extending our home. The reason we chose to go with Schmidt was because they have some great displays, lots of cabinet colours and worktops. Most of all, we felt comfortable as we were given a very impressive tour and as Laura the designer explained the features and benefits, she suddenly stepped into one of the drawers to demonstrate the durability of the product. My boyfriend and I were completely gobsmacked and sold by this display. Thereafter our designs were put together based on Laura's suggestions and our requirements. It wasn’t the cheapest out of the showrooms we visited, but we definitely got what we paid for. We use our new kitchen all the time and our friends all envy it! This is a great place if your looking for a medium level kitchen (20-40k). Staff are great and the product is very well made and offers a lot of advanced features vs cheaper kitchens like howdens or wren who they don't bother compete with as the price points are completely different. Look out for offers like free worktop although no matter what offer is on the price tends to work out the same
