Lovely showroom and furniture. Didn't find the staff particularly welcoming. One person sitting at the desk didn't acknowledge us at all. The other member of staff reluctantly assisted us. (We were the only customers in the Showroom). I felt like we were interrupting them. She mentioned the model we were interested in was downstairs. When we asked if she would come down and show us, she made a rude comment like "well you won't find it if I don't come down". She then took us down and we liked the chair. Wasn't sure about colours etc and was advised we could build our own specification online. When we got home and went online, the model we wanted wasn't available to order online. I rang the showroom. Spoke to the same person who said it was available online (it clearly wasn't). I wanted two.....their loss.....I'll order from somewhere else.

Excellent service from all the employees - particularly, Paulo. I do not like shopping! This was a great experience. Paulo could not have been more helpful and honest about the products. And yes, on his advice we have now bought two chairs. 100% recommend a visit if wanting great service and products.

Finally a Stressless store in the UK! Like a real one with everything available to see. Found the advert in the Evening Standard. Yes a little pricy compared to shops online but service and range of product it's worth the extra spend directly from the brand. I got a coffee and a quote, next month new sofas! My parents live in the US and have had there's for years.

A lovely shop and fantastic service from people who really know all about the products. Not the cheapest furniture but so comfortable and lasts for decades rather than a few years. I purchased another recliner to avoid the fight for our current favourite chair.
