Vogue Kitchens planned, built and installed our dream kitchen. We took on the challenge of doing our renovation project during peak covid and Vogue Kitchens made it the most smooth sailing experience with no delays. Out kitchen truly is the heart of our home, where we spend most of our day and Vogue Kitchens executed more than what we could dream of. We are thankful more than we could put into words. Vogue Kitchens really played a huge part in making our house a home and we are so grateful for the unparalleled service Vogue Kitchens provided in making our dream luxury kitchen. Any question or request was dealt and replied to imminently. I would highly recommend Vogue Kitchens to anyone and everyone looking for a new Kitchen. Vogue Kitchens understood what we wanted to achieve from our choice of appliances and they truly recommend what would work for us, including Siemens, Miele and Lieberherr appliances. Our whole experience with Vogue was 10/10 from the first time we met the team in Ealing. Thank you for giving us our dream kitchen.

We have a very small kitchen in need of a complete revamp. Of all the kitchen companies we visited for a consultation, the designer at Vogue (Maria) was the only one who truly understood my need to maximise every inch of space without compromising on design and function. What we now have is a truly functional kitchen which looks great and is a huge improvement on the previous one. The cupboards now go all the way to the high ceiling and it is neat, tidy and easy to clean. We found we really love things we weren't even sure were worth getting such as the hose that expands out of the tap to rinse the sink and the warming drawer under the microwave which we would never have considered installing if not suggested. I love that the units came fully assembled, and the huge range of internal fittings. Vogue were very helpful in sourcing a couple of extra internal fittings once it was all installed. We used our own builders to fit as they were already changing the kitchen layout. We had a slight issue with one corner as the corners were not at 90° but our fitter was brilliant and managed to adapt what we had to overcome this. We had our kitchen fitted during lockdown in January which was a bit stressful, but everything turned up as expected and the delivery guys were lovely. We changed the backsplash colour at the last minute and the splashback company were very accommodating bringing over a sample box when they took the final measurements so we could see the colours in situ. After everything was installed we separately bought some additional fittings from Ikea such as plate holders which are brilliant, and different cutlery inserts from elsewhere once we knew exactly what we wanted. I don't doubt that Vogue would have been able to source other bits for us- but we were in the throes of the final lockdown and their showrooms were closed so I figured I could easily return items sourced elsewhere if they weren't right (sorry Maria!) I would happily recommend Vogue.

We met with Sharan from Vogue at the recommendation of a friend who had used Vogue multiple times. From the initial meeting and throughout the relationship, she has helped and supported us in a professional manner and, with Maria at the design helm, come through with lots of little features which have made a huge difference in the execution of our kitchen. By means of comparison, we had visited three high street brands and two other independent firms before settling on Vogue. Even though Wren in particular were very helpful taking a large amount of time to build a new kitchen (this was a whole new layout in an extension) and let us walk through in fancy VR software, the differences in both quality of materials and, in particular, the usability and ergonomics of the end result were considerable. At every stage, Sharan was able to explain they "wheres" and "whys" and adapt to our concerns better. We’re very happy with the end result from Vogue - an interesting aside was our small utility kitchen which we used Benchmarx to design and deliver materials with our builder fitting. The kitchen units didn't fit, Benchmarx were basically of the opinion "the computer says it should" and the builder's fitter made a meal of the installation leaving hugely impractical positioning ("not his job" as he just fits and doesn't take responsibility for designs!). I only wish we had used Vogue for this element of our house as it's proven a huge false economy to "go cheap" for this separate element. I'd also like to call out Maurice for keeping a close eye on the construction measurements and to Don for his “one-man-machine” putting it all together to impeccable quality of fit (a sharp contrast to our builder’s chippie!). These two really make the difference in pulling together the design to fit and work beautifully in a house where initial plan measurements never quite match reality. Finally also a thank you to Louise for chasing down our various missing Siemens elements due to COVID delays and keeping an eye on overall progress!

From first point of contact with Sharan, it was clear that Vogue would deliver. Her level of expertise combined with an understanding of our needs were the perfect combination to produce our ideal kitchen. A kitchen which humbly boasts the wow factor. Sharan’s knowledge and honesty about their products was much appreciated. There is nothing that puts us off faster than someone trying to push a hard sale, and this was definitely not our experience with Vogue. Sharan showed upmost patience with us and our forever changing minds. She understood completely how important this renovation was to us. This service and understanding did not stop at the point of sale. Vogue continued to work collaboratively with our builders to support and advise them of what was necessary and where in order to ensure there was no issue in installment, and they did so both professionally and respectfully. Vogue were completely transparent about the timeframe from the onset, This enabled us to plan and prepare around the fitting. The fitting and installation itself was simply outstanding! If someone had told us that one person will be fitting the whole kitchen single handedly, we would have laughed. Then along came Don! He was absolutely brilliant and paid utmost attention to detail. Since having completed the project, the aftercare service from Louise and team has continued to be invaluable. It is not often you come across an organisation who actually reach out to you after the project is complete simply to ensure all is going well. Needless to say, we absolutely love our kitchen! It is everything we wanted and more. The whole experience with Vogue has been exceptional and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen and service which is simply second to none.

We were actually recommended by a friend to simply just go and have a look at Vogue Kitchens (even though we live approx. 30 miles away) . From our first meeting, we were straight away drawn into their knowledge and expertise. We are now so very glad ( and grateful to our friend) that we went with Vogue, as our new kitchen has now become the hub of our home and it looks amazing. As the project went on, naturally, we changed our minds a few times, but, this was never an issue as Sharan always worked with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. Throughout the whole project, we were kept on track with timelines and budget and our builders were also provided with up-to-date, detailed, Service drawings, which makes things so much easier. The installation was completed in under 3 days and absolutely faultless Any issues pre or post installation were sorted out incredibly quickly without any hassles. Vogue are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and what made it easier was the fact that they made the effort to get to know us, and listened to all our requests and also helped us to stick to the budget. What we loved about them, was their honesty and creative ideas and their service is faultless from the design, installation through to their after-sales care. If you're looking for a premium German kitchen, look no further than Vogue. We had our beautiful kitchen installed by Vogue a few months ago and could not be happier. From the initial meeting with Sharan to the fitting by Don, everything was done with precision and the utmost detail. We changed plans around several times throughout the design stages and Maria was there for us without any fuss which made an already stressful time a little easier. Jo managed to get the extractor fan customised to avoid an RSJ so we didn't need to have as bulky a bulkhead! Cannot recommend Vogue highly enough. Thanks guys!

I came across Vogue kitchens when I was looking for suppliers for Leitch kitchens, I went to a number of suppliers but I finally chose Vogue particularly because Sharan and her team really understood what I wanted for my kitchen and designed a product as per my specifications. Also, they gave really good advice and although it was not the cheapest but it is definitely worth it. During the build phase they came out a couple of times to ensure the sizing and wiring was as required. When the height changed they made the necessary changes to the order without me having to get involved. The fitting done by Lee, a contractor of Vogue, was done well and where there was a problem which my builder didn’t know how to resolve, Lee and his team managed to sort it out and also bought the necessary material. Finally, on the after sale/fitting service, Vogue was really helpful when the extractor fan was not functioning as expected. I spoke to Sharan’s husband and he sent an engineer out to sort it out. Overall a five star service, quality of product and design. I would highly recommend Vogue Kitchens.

The Initial Meeting Vogue Kitchens supplied and installed our dream kitchen. We had actually put a deposit down with another kitchen company prior to our meeting with Vogue. However, we decided to go ahead with the already planned meeting with Vogue and were blown away with the design, the ideas, the customer service and the understanding of our requirements. The decision was easy, we chose to go with Vogue and we do not regret that decision. The Design Process Matthew was our kitchen designer, supported by guidance and advice from Sharan. They were understanding, patient and very creative with our design. They answered all our queries and questions promptly and adjusted our design many times until we were 100% happy. The team were hugely knowledgeable and accommodating to our taste and style that we were going for with our house. The Installation Process We opted for the Install to be done by Vogue Kitchens and am pleased we did. Don was brilliant in ensuring that the design and location of the units were followed to the tee and Aaron was great in helping with the pre-installation requirements to ensure all measurements were correct! It was a clean and quick installation. Post installation The kitchen and worktop truly creates the centrepiece of our house. The quality of the kitchen is superb and we are so pleased with the result. The aftercare and sales process handled by Louise has been brilliant! We cannot thank Vogue Kitchens enough for the time and dedication they put into making our dream a reality. We would highly recommend Vogue Kitchens to our friends and family.

Refurbishing your property is probably one of the most stressful things you can do, however I can say the whole experience received from Vogue Kitchens, from our first meeting to final install was fantastic. My wife and I were clear in our design vision but we weren’t sure if it was practical as a kitchen, we had a meeting with Sharon who totally understood the brief and her team delivered a design that was exactly what we wanted both stunning and yet practical. We were kept fully informed throughout the process with regular updates and various site inspections to ensure we were on schedule for the kitchen installation. After the kitchen was installed, it is impossible not to have a few minor snags and to anyone who has undertaken any type of renovation project will know how difficult it can be in getting a trade back on site once their work has been completed. I am pleased to say this was not the case, I reported any issues I had and they arranged for their team to come back and sort out the snagging in a timely manner. To conclude I would recommend Vogue Kitchens highly to anyone looking to have that wow factor in their property, their expertise and attention to detail is clearly evident for all to see!!

Best Kitchen designers in the business. If you have come across Vogue kitchens then believe me, you need not look elsewhere! We were looking for a new kitchen last year and visited various kitchen companies. After researching for the best companies and best materials, we made up our minds to go for a German handle less kitchen. We felt that in general there was a very dull atmosphere and restrictions on things that you could or couldn't do with regards to design and features. This was a bit disappointing for us as we were starting from scratch and wanted some freedom of design. Then we came across Jo and Sharan from Vogue Kitchens and found them to be miles ahead from others in terms of customer service and quality. From the initial meeting, they were extremely polite, understanding, helpful and made us feel unique. They have designed hundreds of kitchens in the past, but the way they gave us the individual attention was a great touch and we felt like a valued customer throughout the project. The first meeting was about understanding our needs from the kitchen and the use of it. Jo went into every detail and advised us on certain things, which we thank him till this day :-) For once, we had an experienced kitchen designer in Jo, who was not there to sell what he had, but wanted us to end up with a kitchen that worked for our family. Every choice/decision made was based on our needs rather than what was in the catalogue. This was very important as we ended up with exactly what we wanted without compromises. The designs were adjusted in follow up meetings and drawings sent to us were spot on. From the choice of colours, material and appliances, we were given all the options and made aware of the budget implication of all of them at the start, so that there were no nasty surprises. This is probably the best aspect of Vogue kitchens - transparency and clarity of the project progress at every stage. You can be rest assured that things will turn out exactly as you have ordered and for the price that you have agreed. Once the order was placed, we were kept in the loop of the lead times which were accurate. We had the fitting done from Vogue as well as we thought its better to leave this important aspect to the experts. The fitting went smoothly with attention to every detail. This was followed up by a site survey to make sure that the fitting was as per expectation. It was a very useful step of the process as it reassured Vogue kitchens' intentions of making sure that the quality was top notch. Without fail, everyone who visits us, gives compliments on the kitchen design and quality. We cannot thank Jo, Sharan and the entire team at Vogue enough for their help on our kitchen. We considered 3 kitchen suppliers and went with Vogue Kitchens primarily based on their emphasis on the quality of service they provide. Our kitchen is now installed and is up and running and we are delighted by the outcome. Jo and his wonderful team listened to our needs and offered creative, thorough and workable solutions. Their vast experience meant that they were very helpfully able to raise attention on points of detail pertinent to our requirements and design. Through a long and challenging home refurbishment, not helped by the pandemic, the team at Vogue were one of the highlights of the process. We wanted to maximise the space of an unusual layout and to have something different, instead of compromising with a simpler, easier design that gave up space. We took our dilemma to many different kitchen designers with little luck. Vogue knocked out a great design on the first try. Their 3d renders really helped show us what we were getting and the end result was indistinguishable. Great designers (thank you Maria and Sharan, lovely to work with), and the installers (thanks, Don - bossed our builders around which is what we needed!) and to Louise and the rest of the team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommended Vogue to anyone looking for the complete package. A professional outfit who will look out for your interests, with a personal touch and flair that is their own. So we decided to have a complete renovation and extension of our current home. The first thing we looked at was the kitchen and after going to the regular high street named companies and getting fed up of poor customer service we came across Vogue Kitchens online. I had a design in mind and couldn’t find a company that would be able to design my kitchen as well as my space but these gus did exactly that. Sharon was fantastic! I told her exactly what I wanted and she designed just that and more! The whole process of design to installation was seamless! Throughout our whole project the Kitchen was the most stress free element even providing our builders and plumbers with detailed and accurate service drawings and drop of the hat consultations. Don the kitchen fitter was amazing. He worked long hours and fitted the kitchen perfectly. Such a lovely, polite and knowledgable guy! I love my kitchen...nothing more to say!

I was very excited at the opportunity to have a new kitchen as part of the renovations in our new home. We were planning an open plan kitchen setting and as a family were keen to ensure this was this room was the 'hub' of our home. The kitchen needed to be practical, durable and beautiful and thus we set off on our journey to find the perfect kitchen! Knowing that the kitchen was going to be one of our largest outlays, we were keen to understand just what you got for your money. Therefore, we started at the top, Knightsbridge was our first stop where we met with some very high end suppliers to look at the quality of their cabinets and assess their knowledge and planning skills. We were left unimpressed and moved onto to Wigmore Street. Here we met with a number of high end and high streets suppliers, but again left our meetings deflated and disappointed by the kitchen planners and product quality. We were not going to give up as I knew the right kitchen was out there and we started looking at independent suppliers. Completely by chance I stumbled across an internet review about Jo and Sharan and was keen to learn more. Following a conversation with Jo, I knew immediately I was speaking with a professional with years of valuable experience and an intrinsic passion for creating the perfect kitchen...We were really excited to arrange a visit to the showroom and get things moving. Our meetings were extremely productive with both Jo and Sharan, through their expert knowledge, guiding us through key considerations. This was so important as it allowed us to make educated choices about essential aspects of our kitchen. Within 2 meetings we had our kitchen planned and designed to perfection. The kitchen was delivered, fit and completed within the timelines we had agreed. It was the personal touches that really did it for us, Jo came to inspect the kitchen once fitted and was always available for any follow up questions. We were looking for a kitchen with a 'wow' factor and as a family we are delighted with the end results. A chance encounter at the Ideal Home Show in 2017 led to us booking a consultation with Jo at Vogue Kitchens (we had previously seen their work on their website but assumed that they would not be able to meet our budget). Having been to many other consultations with a range of kitchen designers / suppliers from the large chains to smaller independents, we were sceptical about yet another kitchen designer wanting to push their kitchen on us. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The consultation was handled professionally with Jo listening carefully to our needs, how we were using the space and what we wanted aesthetically. Not only did he listen carefully, he also provided some excellent suggestions and produced a rendered photo design which really helped us visualise the kitchen ~ something that other kitchen designers could not help us achieve. Moreover, Jo produced a design with a quote that was highly competitive and to our delight, within our budget. The kitchen fitting itself was handled exceptionally well. The absolute attention to the minute detail down to the millimetre (as a previous reviewer has commented) was a joy to watch. The fitter was a true craftsman and we felt very reassured and happy with his work. Overall, we have been extremely impressed with the quality of the design process, consultation and fitting. The final kitchen has the ‘wow factor’ that we were looking for ~ thank you Jo and the Vogue team.

We knew we wanted a stunning German kitchen and when we met with Jo at the ideal home show it was clear that he could definitely deliver this for us. We knew we wanted a German handleless kitchen and spoke to many different retailers. When we went to Vogue, not only could we tell the product was simply better (more detailed, better quality), but Jo's knowledge of what he's selling and Vogue's design ability is truly second to none. He knows his product so well and also knows all the latest appliances and worktops. With other designers, we just didn't get the same feeling. With Vogue, they put their actual work all on their website and the quality of the designs and fitting speaks for itself. Other retailers just couldn’t showcase us the same quantity and quality of work. When it came to fitting, Vogue’s fitters are truly outstanding – the kind of people to whom each last millimetre of accuracy is important. We had kitchen fitted nine months months ago. Given our experience, I would highly recommend Vogue Kitchens. The service they provided was excellent and the kitchen feels like it will last for decades. Here are the reasons for my recommendation: We were on a tight budget and Sharan and her designer, Maria, spent time to find the best designs which combined our preferences with their experience. The outcome was a kitchen that more than met our expectations and was on budget There was a good dialogue between Vogue and our builders and the preparatory work was completed efficiently. Don the fitter is a real professional who takes great pride in his work When we had problems with an appliance (not Vogue’s fault), they stepped in and ensured the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. One recommendation, the Fenix finish on the doors is brilliant, ensures the doors continue to look like new, resisting marks and stains, particularly useful for a handleless kitchen. This was a very welcome recommendation from Vogue. In summary, we have the kitchen we want at a price we set out and Jo and Sharan ensured throughout the process that everything was delivered to the highest standard.

We have recently carried out a side return extension and a number of friends had recommended Vogue from personal experience. A new kitchen is a major investment and having that upfront endorsement was a big factor in us visiting their showroom. For me one of the key differences between Sharan and the other companies we talked to was their ability to look at our building plans, listen to our requirements and then turn those into a genuine vision for our kitchen space complete with fully realised design renders. Not only that, but once we had committed to moving forward with Vogue, we hugely appreciated their openness and speed in tweaking various elements of the design and suggested decor many times over until we fixed on the final look and design. Their expertise in how to bring everything together and suggestions on materials such as the splashback and clever space solutions has also really helped to open up the space in part of our extension. We embarked on our building work just as lockdown really kicked in which was definitely not ideal, but the Vogue team remained responsive and flexible, dealing with a couple of last minute layout changes with patience and good humour. When we moved to the point of fitting, we were also really impressed with the fitters themselves. Their professionalism and attention to detail was really apparent and between them and our builders they resolved a couple of snagging issues calmly and without any fuss. Lockdown has been challenging itself, even more challenging when you are trying to complete a full home refurb. When all showrooms where closed, Vogue Kitchens stood out from the rest. Vogue, happily sent 3D virtual renders when other kitchen companies were not willing. Working with Vogue was all very easy and effortless. Sharon was able to work with our space, listen to our needs and create magic from just phone calls and emails. Nothing was too much. The whole team always went above and beyond. Maria was patient with all the quotes and re-quotes we requested, Louise, bless her had to tolerate all our endless emails. The fitters, Lee and the boys - AKA the 'dream team' worked wonders fitting the kitchen. They were so efficient and had no issues tworking around the builders. They truly made the vision become a reality. Another great asset to the team was Maurice - a complete breath of fresh air. Site inspection at the property must have been tedious for him with all the builders floating around - but he stayed professional, calm and always willing to give personal suggestions. Vogue have been exceptional from start to finish. The efficiency and professionalism did not go unnoticed and we are super grateful they worked with us. I bought my kitchen from Vogue some years back and the quality of their kitchens and professionalism of their team was outstanding. I recently had a small problem with one of my cabinet doors and called in to their showroom to see if they could sort it for me and once again they did not disappoint. The owner sent one of his team around the same day and fixed my problem. I wish I was in the market for a new kitchen as the ones in their showroom are stunning but my kitchen is so well made it will last me for many more years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are a small, family run business as far as I know but there is nothing small about their service - absolutely outstanding.

Love our new kitchen. Although quite expensive, the quality and range offered at Vogue was much better than elsewhere we looked. There was less of the irritating sales pressure during the negotiations and design stage that we'd seen elsewhere. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Once a contract was signed and deposit paid, there did seem to be a drop off in response times to queries, (as you'd probably expect from most companies, once a sale had been made) - however, the fitting was done smoothly and response to any subsequent snagging issues has been excellent with all being dealt with quickly and professionally. I'd recommend using Vogue Kitchens.

We had looked at all the high street kitchen companies and were not that impressed with any of the matt white, handless options available. We also wanted to maximise the space that we had and not be restricted by the limited sizes that other kitchen companies offered. We had driven past Vogue kitchens lots over the years but had thought that it looked too "fancy" and was going to be well out of our price range. We decided to have a look after a friend had a German handless kitchen that we had really liked. The first time we met her, Sharan asked about our budget (25k) which meant from the start there was no worry on our part that we were going to overspend or be pushed to spend more than we had planned for. Actually, we ended spending slightly less than our budget! Throughout the whole process from the initial consultation (where our kids were given snacks and activities, brilliant!) to the final delivery, installation and after sales Sharan and Simone have been fantastic and our kitchen looks amazing. I totally trusted Sharan's advice on the layout and design, she made it so easy. Aside from the excellent product and the design side all of the people we met with and spoke to through Vogue were very professional, organised and efficient from the administration to the fitter and the guys who install the quartz worktop. Basically everything that Sharan said would happen did happen on the dates that she said it would happen! The kitchen was the part of the build I was the most anxious about getting right and it ended up being the easiest and most enjoyable part. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sharan and Vogue Kitchens.

When we visited the Vogue showroom, we went along purely to get ideas as we thought our project and budget would be too small for them to work with. We were wrong. What Vogue Kitchens were able to design for a small space (and within budget) left us speechless; it felt like a magician had been at work. It was the kitchen design, price and Jo’s wonderful way of conducting business (he is upfront, does not apply sales pressure, listens to your needs and is very knowledgeable) that helped us to choose Vogue. We were concerned that once the money had been paid, we would not receive the same level of service but true to his word, Jo was fantastic with accommodating changes, communicating delivery and fitting dates and answering any queries that we had. Even after the fitting, Jo has continued to help us with any questions that arise.

We are delighted with our new kitchen and would thoroughly recommend using Sharan and Jo and the whole team at Vogue Kitchens to carry out their project. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and attention to detail was second to none. They worked with our requirements and budget and at the same time offering their advice on functionality as well as design. The customer service during and after sales was excellent. We had Sharan in charge of our project and Matt was our Designer who was brilliant, we made quite a few changes of the design before deciding on the final version. Matt still gave us a call a few weeks later just before placing the order to make sure we were still happy with the design and colour scheme. Aaron the Site Surveyor visited the site a few times as we had some queries, on each visit he double checked all the measurements. He came for another survey once the building work was complete and ready for the kitchen delivery - all measurements were checked again. Once the kitchen was installed, he came for the final survey to check the installation and sign off. Delivery company – extremely polite and respectful of our home, before coming in with the units, the delivery man came in to check that all floors were properly protected, the units were placed down very gently, no loud thuds, we hardly heard them going in and out of the house, very professional. Don – the Fitter, when Sharan said they had an amazing fitter, we had high expectations! Every cupboard, wall unit was level and straight ( yes I checked with the leveller!). The kitchen island was in the exact location in line with the plan, not a millimetre out of place. Worktop company – very professional, everything was a perfect fit, there was just a minor snagging issue but this was dealt with immediately. Last week we received a letter which was a warranty receipt for all the appliances, it had all phone numbers of the manufacturers along with the appliance model numbers, another nice touch to the whole service.

When we first met Jo and the team at Vogue, we thought we knew what we wanted, but had no idea how to go about, especially in the middle of a whole house refurbishment, so this really was a voyage of discovery for us. Through the detailed and interactive design process we have ended up with an incredibly stylish kitchen which fits in perfectly with the contemporary extensions at the rear of our period house. However it is not just the aesthetics that are important but how easy to use the kitchen is, and that is where the input of Jo has really come up trumps in terms of having everything located where you need it, rather than where it is easiest to put. The quality of workmanship from both the fitter and the team installing the island and worktops was outstanding and they worked seamlessly with both our architect and our contractors. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and proudly show it off to all our friends and family.

Called for appointment. General enquiry. Very professional and polite. Lady owner took all my details. Then asked re budget. Gave a rough figure, unfortunately they do not work with budgets under £25k. Gave only 2 ideas of what we were looking for over the phone, was estimated £30k. Which obviously threw us off, bit silly to throw out such a random figure as worktop and all appliances were yet to be discussed. If she had made an effort to see us, they perhaps would have discovered budget was flexible. Was very polite throughout but jumped the gun unnecessarily. Don't doubt their work isn't great, but they have a specific client group & most likely high profit margins. Just know there are other designer kitchen companies out there that are more flexible and welcoming of generous yet realistic budgets.
