A bright, well laid out shop with amazing products on display, and great choices and and good quality. Not many staff around and the two that I approached for some price checking seemed quiet inexperienced and weren’t much help. Good experience still and won’t put me off of going back.

Nice quality pieces, and the service was incredible. We moved into an unfurnished place and had no idea where to start - the design team (shout out to Monika!) was so helpful, and you can clearly tell they are professional interior designers (unlike other stores which also offer free services). Monika walked us through designs and layouts, and helped us pick a style with no pressure. The store manager Johan took over when we went overtime into Monica's next appointment, so they really don't rush you to make decisions. Highly recommend the experience - the staff here really go above and beyond.

Very impressed with the items on offer and the staff at West Elm, Tottenham Court Road. Was greeted at the door and the sales assistant very kindly took care of the Brompton whilst I wandered around looking for a sofa and chair. Best of all, I found exactly the ones I want.

Fantastic - great quality furniture and homeware. Make the visit here. This shop has a large range, and really informed staff. Johan (manager) was enormously helpful to us when we quickly needed a sofa, and found the most comfortable, well-made sofa. He helped us with immediate delivery. We also LOVE the durable and beautiful outdoor cushions we've bought from here in the past.

I can’t speak highly enough of this West Elm location. I had a truly special experience in store today being helped by the wonderful manager Johan who worked with me thoughtfully and meticulously to furnish several rooms of my new home. I have purchased from West Elm in the past but this took my relationship with the brand to another level. I will certainly be back (to this specific location, despite being located closer to Westfield - it’s worth the journey for the level of service here) and can’t recommend Johan and his Tottenham Court Road team enough. Very good customer service! We purchased a dining table from the Tottenham Court Rd location and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service. We also purchased dining chairs from the Westfield location and the team was also incredibly helpful in holding them, wrapping them and then helping get them on an Uber. I have bought from this store so many times, and love the furniture items etc, our whole apartment is decorated with West Elm. I did have a problem with a Table we purchased, but after speaking with Ivy Guyanan from the store, with the assistance of the Area Manager for the store we were offered support on how to rectify it. The staff were really understanding and proactive when it came to helping us which we really appreciated!

My entire house is practically filled with West Elm furniture, bedding, knick knacks, lamps, etc. The quality is excellent and I've had some pieces for years. But ordering online is a real gamble on whether you'll receive the goods in a timely manner or not. I now only buy things in store (including some furniture) so that way I dont have any issues. So in short, great quality but online ordering is a mess. If you cannot physically walk out of the store with it in hand, do not get it. If you really see a piece of furniture you like, order from John Lewis, as JL carries West Elm furniture and some of their other home goods (like lamps and bedding).

Popped in here for a little inspiration at the end of the day on a rainy Saturday, and was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. I was looking at the lighting and several members of staff took their time to help advise on the different options for lighting, despite the store being so close to closing time. The manager even suggested there would be some new options coming soon if we couldn’t find what we needed. A really great shopping experience and refreshingly good customer service from a team that seem to really care.

The furniture is excellent, the customer service is pretty good, but the delivery team is pretty poor. They showed up at my flat with a 130kg item and refused to bring it in because of the size of our lift. I had to get some lads who were (fortunately) doing some painting in my flat to help me out to get it in. It was also slightly damaged when we opened it, however West Elm did arrange a replacement very quickly.

Beautiful furniture. Sign up for their design guides and get a 10% discount off all your furniture. You can also walk into their store for some furniture on great clearance prices. On an average they are at least 25% dearer than other furniture outlets, but their range and quality is much different and better. You either fall in love completely or it isn't for you. Not for people looking for budget furniture.

A few earlier comments seem negative and I am very surprised to read them ! In my experience, Anthony, Griffin and Marianna, from Westelm UK store, were perfect. I had them on the phone several times to help me and they were all very polite, helpful and nice, which is actually not that common! I would say the same about my purchase, a very nice rug, which was send on time, in good conditions and which we really love. I definitely would recommend the team and the shop, and I am looking forward to buy new things from them ! Thanks guys and keep up the good work ;-)

I have been searching for a furniture shop that has a good selection of mid century style furniture and I was extremely impressed with what I saw in West Elm. When I need to buy something fancy for my home, I always visit West Elm. Their selection of products is quite large, although sometimes you have to wait because they are out of stock. I have never used the online shipping service but I know from a friend that is not at very good quality.

If you are looking for something that is cheaper than Lombok, but a bit more unique/interesting than Habitat, then this is the place. They often have things on reduction, so worth having a rummage around and checking the price labels. 10% loyalty discount too!

West Elm is a very nice store, nicely laid out and for me has one of the best selections for house hold furnishings in London,my review is solely based on what the store has to offer insofar when it comes to furnishing your home, so it is very disappointing that there are so many negatives around its customer service and lack of commitment in that department especially when it's has lovely product to offer not a lot of furniture I think it's strength is in accessories.

Ask me for a shop of your choice in which I could buy everything without counting, that's it. A little star less, however, for service, not at the top.
