Buying my kitchen from wren was the best decision I had ever made. We absolutely fell in love with the end result and was always the signature thing in our home. The process was effortless and Shaf made sure that all the worries and hasty decisions were simplified and less complicated. I am a person that need guidance and support about the big decisions in my life (which is of course my kitchen) and it was nice to hear an honest opinion with no strings attached. There is genuine care for their customers and for this I will always be grateful. So grateful that we are currently on our 2nd kitchen and what better place would we come back to! My experience buying my kitchen was amazing. Went with the interest free for a year and manage to get the kitchen I wanted. They also listen to you on what you want and give you time and input within the design you want and focused on what is achievable and beat my quotes from Wicks £14k to down to Wren being around £6k for the same spec. Delivery was quick. Had a few problems with some doors being scuffed and called customer service and they sent out replacement panels. Overall experience was good and have had no problem with their customer service.

I booked an appointment with Wren kitchens as they offered interest free finance and a great range of kitchen colours. The Google reviews were a bit worrying but they do much better in trust pilot. I was impressed with their level of service and how they were able to plan a tailored kitchen. So far so good. I've put a deposit down. Their communication has been top notch. We're going again to make a few more changes to design. I can update once the kitchen in.

Great planning and design were very helpful by Ahmed, original kitchen increased due to removal of wall, it took weeks to get the final contract by mid March, during a few visits and calls to this showroom, patience and no pressure at all. Order 32663238. I was happy that they were still manufacturing and delivering during the 1st phase of the lockdown! Family was tired of microwave and takeaway food. Thank you

we bought our kitchen from here and the customer service is good if you are able to stick with one kitchen designer. we unfortunately were juggled around when our designer was on leave and ended up having our kitchen redesigned from scratch by another designer, and this lead to a lot of errors. it was a long process and sometimes very stressful. however head office customer service was good when I called about a missing kitchen panel which was promptly sent out. kitchen itself is lovely one fitted. will have to see how the quality keeps up.

Fantastic customer service from the very start. Very friendly and helpful staff/designers. Naz and the team were very patient with us and all the little changes we kept making and changing our mind. The store is open till late (10pm) which is fantastic as it accommodates for evening appointments. Lovely range of kitchens, super quality, great design and very competitive on price. They will literally show you prices throughout of other companies including appliances, they are very transparent so we had no doubt we got a great deal. Our delivery went very smoothly, they managed to get us a very quick turn around so we were able to keep to schedule in regards to the works we were having done at our home. As for the installation we did it ourselves but the kitchen was very well planned and all the units came pre made from factory, so installation went really smoothly. We were given very clear instructions for installation and we had several follow up phone calls from Wren to make sure that we happy and that all was well. Over all very satisfied we would highly recommend Wren Kitchens

They price match appliances with all the big suppliers and offer a superb range of designs that appeal to just about everyone. Loving my wren shaker fossil grey matt kitchen After a warm and friendly welcome in showroom, meeting my super friendly designer , home measure until the delivery everything was smooth and hassle free and a great experience. Had my own installers who found it easy to install. Since then its been all about loving to cook in the kitchen the cabinet quality is good and love the borders that add to its style ,sold seperately! My guests admire it ! The kitchen was the major part of our small flat full refurbishment. Converting our dark small kitchen to an open airy kitchen-livingroom with a plenty of storage within the limited space and budget without using flat-pack materials had looked almost impossible before we went Wren Kitchen at Staple Corner. We were so fortunate to meet the experienced designer, Shaf. She listened to our constraints and requirements, gave a lot of good practical advice and efficiently designed a beautiful kitchen that worked so well for us. We were slow decision makers, but Wren gave us a plenty of time to think it through. We felt we had a reliable friendly kitchen consultant who really cared about us. The surveyors, the customer service team and the delivery were also helpful, giving us good communications throughout the process. We are happy to recommend Wren to anyone.

Starting from the planning and designing process to delivery and installation, we were given a 5 star service. We purchased the Pebble grey Infinity Autograph range kitchen from the London Branch. Our designer Baharein Kalani helped us design my huge kitchen giving us ideas of how best to utilise our space. We changed our minds several times and she patiently made all the changes Our kitchen was delivered in a timely manner, and although not installed by Wren, they immediately replaced any broken or missing items which were very few. I am extremely happy with my kitchen, thank you Wren and anyone who sees it has that 'Wow' factor. I recommend them highly.

We quickly realised that the 50% off deal is purely a ploy to get you in the store. The original list prices are double what they should be so it didn’t feel like a saving at all. However, our designer was very personable, patient and professional and we did receive other deals and discounts. The whole process was enjoyable and we are very happy with the quality of our new kitchen. The fitters were brilliant too. It’s a shame Wren use J. Rotherham for their stone worktops as our run in with this company soured the overall experience. The fitter was unbelievably rude and aggressive and their customer service was awful. However I’m not allowing it to effect my star rating of Wren as they were very helpful with getting J. Rotherham to respond to my emails. Bottom line is we love our new kitchen and we’re glad we went to Wren.

Had a great experience with Wren and especially our devoted designer Shaf. she literally went beyond our expectations with our kitchen. She was very knowledgeable and gave a great input on design. She went above and beyond to fit in all our needs. She was also always available including during delivery (our delivery was missing one item and she contacted the department and got it sent out next day) and always checked in to see if we needed anything else (even after her initial design process was over). We were happy with the wren service, you do read a few bad reviews but our experience was great & i believe that was partly down to Shaf - her customer service was amazing! We always got a designer appointment when we needed it and always had Shaf on hand to make changes. Thank you so much!

My Wren Kitchen It all started in summer of 2018. We were allocated Shaf Jhugroo, a highly experienced and extremely patient designer with fantastic ideas. Not once did she get irritated by my constant calls. (I was a nightmare customer!) Designing my kitchen was tricky due to the steel beam that is right in the middle of the breakfast bar but Shaf managed to get the all the cupboards and drawers in the breakfast bar to perfection. She went above and beyond her line of duty to finish the design that is not only fit for purpose but beautiful. She’s a great asset to the company! A special thanks also to the gentle giant surveyor, Yash, whose measurements and advice on the height of the ceiling was heeded so everything fitted especially my important American fridge freezer. The delivery guys from Stansted, Malcolm and Glen were also very pleasant and brought in the units orderly and tidily with smiles on their faces. Then there’s the staff at customer service at Wren Head office, namely, Cameron Watterson, Josh Holt and Matthew Coldwell. They have all been so very helpful. I’ve had a great experience with Wren Kitchens and the end product did not break the bank. I’m totally in love with my kitchen! It’s practical and beautiful!

Having moved house in July I decided to do some alterations and build an extension to house a new kitchen living dining area. I looked at other companies and they simply didnt have the range that Wren have got or at such a good price. Wren looked after me from the moment I attended for my first design session. Holly in Hull was really patient and had some great ideas. She listened to what I wanted, made best use of the space and designed me a beautiful kitchen. The virtual reality suite is amazing and was really instrumental in highlighting where the look wasnt quite what I was expecting. Holly helped me make the changes and then helped me make further changes when I booked in for the final order. The order came on time, with the drivers being polite and helpful. Unfortunately I had a couple of snags but these were quickly resolved by customer service and replacements and missing bits despatched swiftly. Im delighted with the finished kitchen and look. It really is my dream kitchen and Ive had some lovely feedback. I cant fault them and woukd happily recommend to anyone.

Very nice quality kitchens ,cabinet prices are not too bad you must be careful with appliance quotes not always the best like for like prices, where they really get costly is work tops which often twice as much as buying them and getting them fitted and also installation is again at least twice as much as getting a local fitted to install for you . The design service is excellent and Anna the lady who is dealing with my order could not be more helpful. Shop is nice and retail park has a lot of parking.
