5 Stars, what more can one say. Great communication, superb fast deliver, friendly driver and a sofa that has transformed the look of our lounge. The quality is excellent and at a really good price. Thank you Abakus we won't hesitate to recommend.

I looked long and hard for a new corner sofa (harder than anticipated) couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, but this came close, so I took a chance – bearing in mind your pretty much stuck with it once delivered. So glad I did, the sofa is lovely, and the seller is even better! 5yr guarantee, extras and spares if needed, UK based, customer support by email or landline. The sofa seems well-made, the seating cushions are a generous 60 cm and filled with foam a little firm, but I’m sure they’ll soften up in time. If like me, worried about buying from somewhere you can’t actually see and try before it delivered – fear not! This is worth taking the risk for the price difference – so glad I did, and it was delivered within two days of ordering.

Our 2 yr old sofa unfortunately broke, however I emailed them and by the next evening I'd had a reply saying they'll collect it and replace it, no quibbles (as it's under the 5 year frame guarantee). Within 3 weeks I'd been given a replacement date. They were very efficient, prompt in sorting things out. Even when I had to rearrange last minute due to COVID, they were accommodating and helpful. The only thing I will say is that there was only 1 man to manage the sofa collection himself, therefore I had to ensure my dad was here to help him carry it. Really impressed with how this was handled as I know certain companies can drag their feet when sorting out such problems. Thank you Abakus!

Received my sofa that I ordered only four days ago this morning. Of course at this point it is hard to judge the quality of the sofa but so far I am very happy and glad that there are options to buy cheaper furniture. Plus I have very narrow apartment doors and the particular sofa that I ordered was about the only one that would fit through. I am very happy with the service provided - I was contacted about the delivery date and time very swiftly and driver arrived at the time stated. Also he carried the sofa by himself to the second floor flat via awkward stairs - my respect to him.

I have had fantastic service from Abakus right from the start, before I even placed my order. All questions asked were answered with a speedy reply. I was told my swivel chair would take 10 working days to deliver due to Covid19. I got an email on day 9 saying it was going to be delivered the next day between 7am and 9am. 7am on the dot, the truck pulled up. Driver was super friendly and very professional. He was fantastic. The purchase of a swivel chair and 3 seat sofa was as all transactions should be, painless and an exciting time. I was kept updated all along and delivery was advised, earlier than the original quoted date. The driver arrived and was a very pleasant and polite young man. He helped me negotiate the maze which is the route to my living room which is in a first floor apartment. He was very helpful and in the day of customer service being king, he was a credit to the company. The product itself was of a far superior quality than the price suggested. The 5 stars is for the service I've received from Abakus. Due to a cancellation they had called me to see if I would like my sofa to be delivered earlier which was fab. The delivery man had a arrived on time and was rather friendly given that it was 7am! Unfortunately I've decided to return the sofa as it doesn't match my furniture but the admin team have been very helpful and quick to respond in arranging a return.

Ordered the Jumbo Cord 3 seater, it was a cheap £300 sofa and you get what you pay for. Happy with the product. Delivered within 7 days - good. But, when the single delivery driver arrived (yes, just 1) I had to help him carry the sofa up the stairs into my flat. He was very unfriendly and rude. He initially insisted the sofa would not get into the flat before trying and told me I would have to pay the delivery fee for him to return the sofa. Only after I insisted we try, the sofa did fit up the stairs no problem.

There was a small fault with one section a year later so they replaced the whole sofa the following week with all new cushions. I can only comment from my experience, I paid £185 for a sofa which I couldn’t anywhere else cheaper. Got my delivery within a week and on my specified day. Guy who delivered helped me lift it up the stair and was incredibly nice. I’d happyily recommend them!

Recieved my "Lush Corner Sofa" 3 weeks ago,on setting the cushions in place i noticed a spring coming through.I called the manchester office and the man could not have been more helpful.All i had to do was take a photo of the damaged part and e-mail it too them.I was offered a replacement straight away!! I had too wait 3 weeks for the new part too arrive due too where i live,but i was happy enough too wait.The delivery man was very helpful too,he took all the packaging off and checked the sofa before he left.Would definately recommend this company.And i will be using them again in the future!!

Misleading pricing on there web site. the price you see is not the price you pay. At checkout you see the price with delivery charge added this is fine, however you have to call if you need to collect the item yourself and this is the big ? YOU ARE CHARGED £30 TO COLLECT this is MISLEADING, dragging you in with a low advertised price on store front. BE HONEST AND JUST ADD THE £30 TO THE STOREFRONT PRICE. 3 stars for misleading pricing Will let you know about product quality after a month or so.

Just wanted to leave a private review for yourselves, as recently I purchased a right hand Byron corner sofa from yourselves on eBay but signed as a guest so sorry can’t leave feed back on site, anyway I just wanted to say that the sofa is great, value for money, me and the girlfriend cosied up on it, comfortable comfy cosy and just the right size for us to cuddle, I purchased the item on Friday the 5th, and as stated by yourselves it arrived the day stated and it the allotted time you gave, I also wanted to mention the delivery driver 5 star service, professional courteous polite, I live two floors up in an apartment building, he asked if lived at the top, I replied yes, and he took it for me on his trolley and put in my lounge for me, no questions asked, most drivers have left beds and furniture at the bottom of the stairs and said that they do stairs, your man just took it up for me, an absolute credit to your company, obviously I gave him a tip, but what a star, many thanks for a great service and item, 5 stars all round, many thanks Graham Gilbert
