Exceptional customer service. I purchased a number of items online and made an error on the weight class (light, medium, heavy duty etc). Due to personal circumstances I was unable to return the items within 30 days and I called the team up and spoke to Nicole, an absolute asset who not only understood what I said but provided a great solution. Nicole went above and beyond in that she tracked my returns and provided me with a refund. I’ll be back again here shortly, definitely a great company and super staff ethic. Thank you

I placed an order via the website and was contacted by Nicole as the particular item I wanted wasn't available in the quantity I needed. Nicole was great and came back with a few alternatives and I settled on one. However when the arrived I realised I had made a mistake with the sizing and needed to look again. Nicole was fantastic, we looked at options again and she arranged for me to call into the Bradford store and make an exchange. She arranged for the items to be put toone side for me and agreed a time for me to collect with Saeed in store. My husband ended up going to make the exchange and they were all very helpful in store and make the switch, there was a small difference in price (in my favour) which I said I wasn't bothered about as it was my error but I have seen that I have received a refund for the difference. Nicole has also followed up and made sure that all went smoothly in store. The items I have are all as described on the website and all excellent value. Along with that Nicole and the staff in store have provided the best customer service I have had since before Covid which seems to have become the best excuse for poor service. Thank you so much Nicole for your patience and efforts to make sure I went away a happy customer - you definitely achieved that!

I had been let down last minute from another company so rang cooksmill as they had what I needed. The lady I spoke to was amazing. She managed to get the last item in stock and get it to me next day just before the bank holiday! I'm so greatful, my business would have suffered over the bank holiday weekend without that blender. I actually love their products - usually high quality at a good price, but recently I bought two timers and some digital scales - all faulty and resulting in loss of stock (having to throw commercial batches of tray bakes in the bin as unsaleable)...I would like to return the items but as everyone else keeps on mentioning - no-one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE... Which means I have to make a trip down to the store to see if they even will replace/refund at all... I feel like if they just hired a phone person it would be all in all there wouldn't be much to complain about!

Went on a little shopping spree on a sleepless night and happened upon this site which is like an Ali Baba cave for the kitchen. One thing lead to another and decided that I needed to get back in touch with my French roots and this required the urgent acquisition of clear glass plates in various sizes. Well the day after, my wish was delivered by DPD extremely swiftly and at an unbeatable price. Even when contacted again ref a scratch on one of the items, the company dealt with it seamlessly.
