Absolute LEGEND! Great quality item at great price and customer service is top. Contacted in the evening for delivery to London and got it literally in 2 days! Could be next day if I contacted before cut-out time. Response from them have been excellent and they do reply 24/7 anytime any help you need. Hit and miss with this place carpet was expensive but guess because the material is expense but spent 2 hours cleaning after the guy left without cleaning. So if you do get carpets tell the lazy guy to clean up, otherwise he will just run off. Best to mention it when ordering. Quality of carpet nice tho but bits of threading coming off here and there, overall 3 is about right.

Absolutely fantastic service, someone came out and measured up which resulted in us getting some cash back as the kitchen is smaller than we said. When the lino was ready to be fitted, I was asked to make sure it was the correct one first. The kitchen was left spotless, guys were very courteous and polite. Thank you

Amazing carpet shop. Had a massive variety of carpets to choose from. The salesman made it very easy for me to find the perfect carpet to go meet my needs. Was very polite as well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from getting my house measured to fitting. Reasonably priced as well compared to everywhere else I went that offered supposedly ‘free fitting’

A great variety of carpets and rugs, the staff are super helpful when it came to helping me select a carpet for my new house. They were super flexible when it came to measurement appointments even came after hours as I was at work during business hours, honestly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service.
