Fantastic service ! I am so so impressed with the whole experience with furniture village. Lee, Rob both managers have been amazing. The warehouse staff were so professional and highly accommodating. I cannot thank you all enough. The lady at mk store explained that Rob was on holiday but she still called him and also found out when our original order should be delivered. The guys that delivered were lovely too. They delivered a power recliner sofa and it’s absolutely amazing. Thank you all so so much. My whole lower back was hurting a lot and it didn’t help with the raw cuts at the front. The sofa is so comfortable. Preti 😊

One of my best furniture shops friendly and helpful salespeople i know some of their names nigel parsad lee keiran Lawrence rob and david their very friendly and helpful great furniture and sofas cafe bar and they've got a good disabled lift in the shop works very well i went yesterday and Thursday I looked around but didnt test the sofas also went in their lift I had most of the store to myself

Furniture Village's sales team at Stevenage and Milton Keynes were very helpful when we chose a new bed, giving us useful advice and information without being pushy. I heard them with other customers and they put as much effort in whether the customer was looking to spend £300 or £3000. They are a bit behind the times with no on-line payments or order tracking, but when delivery was ready we could track the van closely to check progress on the day. Delivery was friendly and efficient, even with the very heavy superking mattress.

On first day a girl said that they were having system problems and would call me back...Still waiting. I cannot get any answer from any branch or head office..have they gone out of business

The shopping experience was overall good, we felt safe and had good advice from Lawrence our sales person. Our two beautiful leather sofas and pouffe arrived in reasonable time and we were delighted that they arrived in time for Christmas. That’s why I have marked three stars, however the two lamps that we ordered are still not here thirteen weeks later! We were told that they were in stock and we would have them in a couple of weeks. I have been chasing them and am utterly disappointed with the service received. On line the floor lamp is “in stock” whilst the table lamp now has a status of at least nine weeks. This was our first and last time shopping in Furniture Village.

Was seen to straight away. No queuing unlike like the snake of queue round the block at DFS. Was offered the obligatory upswell of stain insurance etc. Got the usual discount only for some of it to be clawed back by the £60 delivery fee. Great thing was that my choice was in stock and in fact they called me the same day to arrange delivery five days later. But early for me but great service. Haven’t received my order yet so can’t comment on the actual quality. Can’t be much different from the usual retail park stores. Great service overall

There was no pressure from him to immediately purchase and we went back a couple of days later to confirm our order. I have had some issues with one of my order(s) that i have placed with Furniture Village but kudos to Mr.Nigel (General Manager) from Furniture Village Milton Keynes branch who not only helped resolved our issue but emphasis to have it corrected for the rest of the valued customers by personally visiting us to feedback the issues back with supplier(s). We looked at purchasing the Elmari lamp table on line but the colour was always out of stock. visited our local store and they had stock so purchased it there and then along with a matching coffee table. Ordered on Friday, received a call Saturday stating collection dates, We collected from the distribution centre on the Tuesday. The staff kindly loaded the car for us. The goods were received in perfect condition and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

We ordered a corner unit .Which was delivered .It was wrong.We had discussions with the store involved.They agreed to replace it. This was back in September and one had to be made. Obviously things are delayed,after a phone call with Zoe she confirmed everything Was ok and we hope to get by Feb 15th, Zoe went out of her way to phone us and explain everything and assure us everything was fine. Can't give 5 star review as furniture not been delivered yet...but our experiece when entering the store was great...we are moving to a newbuild next week and wanted to furnish the house with new and more uptodate furniture. To begin our shop, we decided on the sofas we liked and with the help of Kieran we chose colours, styles etc and again with his help and attention to detail he helped us process the buying of some bedroom furniture and mirror. We did not find his manner pushy and he gave us the time needed to answer any of our questions clearly. He was easy going to talk to and we were made to feel very comfortable. The store is lovely and bright and the furniture is laid out well.

Great service for sure, only issue we had was having the price given then asked to put in card details and then going through itemised order details after, basically adding extras to the order without us knowing. Felt like we were unable to say no to the extra protection stuff and the wheels on the bottom as we had already paid thinking this was just for the sofa. Kinda shady I guess.

Spoke with Terry, who was one of the most helpful staff I have met. He provided excellent product knowledge, was very friendly and did not rush the sale for his own benefit, rather he took time to explain every aspect of the sofa and what to look out for (e.g. durability) enabling us to make an informed decision. Although they didn't have exactly the sofa we were looking for, it was because of his advice we ended up buying from another Furniture Village store, I would highly recommend speaking to Terry for your next purchase!

After our local store contacted us to say they didn't have the sofa we wanted to try I contacted the next closest to us which was MK I spoke to a very nice man called Parsad who confirmed we could at the store. We agreed a time and he was very knowledgeable of the products and ranges. I was really impressed with his confidence and how he left us to try things with no pressure or hovering around. We were originally going to look and decide at home what to do but we decided that we would place the order with Parsad as he was such a nice guy. Bit of a faff processing the order I do begrudge paying a delivery charge though for a non stock item that I could easily carry home in my car. All retailers should advertise the total cost. As there is no other way to pay the sticker price!

After buying my sofa and rug at my local store I waited for the call to say it was being delivered,on receiving the call saying my sofa and rug would be delivered on Sunday an hour before my items were due to be delivered I got a call to say my sofa would be delivered but my rug had gone missing and I would get a call on the Monday which did not happen.I call the local store and was told they would try to find out what had happened to my rug and I would get a call back the same day which did not happen,i then called the next day and was told they could not find the rug and they would have to order another one and I would get it when it comes in. The next day I went to the store and I spoke to the manager who was very helpful and after all the trouble I finally got my rug a couple of days later.
