Outstanding service. Our freezer decided not to freeze and the contents were going to defrost. A new freezer was delivered, up and running in less than two hours of our visit. Old freezer removed. Amazing!!!!

Wonderful place and great that they have everything for the home in one place, electrical and furniture. I bought a great bed, mattress and fridge freezer from there. I did compare some prices locally but by the time others have added delivery, and building the furniture charges the prices here aren't much different. It was the last delivery on a day that poured with torrential rain all day. The drivers arrived a little late due to traffic and soaked to the skin even so they came in, built the bed and installed the freezer perfectly with no complaints and took all the rubbish away too. I'll be buying all my household needs there from no on. A really good local, family run company and a credit to the island :-)

Desperate times after lockdown and shortage of white goods. Buywise were excellent. Great advice and customer service. Very helpful and friendly. They had a gentlemen who fits the goods. He was brilliant. Replaced our dishwasher which had previously been badly fitted. Next time I need white goods I will go to them.

I was going to buy a new bed on the internet but after discovering I would have to pay carriage for it to come to the Island (quoted from £30 - £50 plus VAT)then pay another £30 to have the Council dispose of my old bed I decided to keep it local. I have bought various items from Buywise over the years and have always had very good customer service. I tried out a number of beds before deciding on the divan set I eventually settled on. Buywise take away old beds at half the cost of the council which is an added bonus as everything is done on the same day. The delivery men arrived promptly, did an excellent job in removing my old bed and replacing it with my lush new one. I was at work but my mother took delivery. She couldn't praise them enough. They were quick, efficient and very professional. They took away all the packaging and left the room immaculate. I have no hesitation in recommending Buywise to anyone!

Fab customer service. After being quoted 2 weeks for a new oven by a certain electrical retailer we looked on Facebook for recommendations and found Buywise! went in and found someone very quickly and showed them which oven we would like.
