B. C.Recently purchased new dining furniture from here. Tom was incredibly patient and helpful. He eagerly answered all our questions but was also happy to step back and give us time to contemplate. We have bought from Furniture village on several occasions now and this was another very positive experience.

I had popped in previously to pick up a brochure and he had assured me he would look after my Nan when she came in, and he certainly stayed true to his word! He was very helpful and answered all our questions, but also left us alone to peruse without being in our faces and breathing down our necks. He listened to my Nan's preferences and together we found what she wanted. His customer service is absolutely top notch and he is a credit to the team. Thanks Liam

Covid guidance was in evidence and our temperatures were taken, social distancing also helped to reassure us as we were feeling quite nervous. We really wanted to sit and try the sofa which we felt was just right for us. Sales people were very helpful indeed. And so a sale was finalised in record time. We ordered a sofa on Friday and had it delivered the following Wednesday, The whole process was effortless and straightforward.
When the sofa was delivered we had a slight mix up on the order but after a quick phone call this was easily remedied with no fuss,
Liam gave us great service and was thoroughly professional throughout the whole process, a great asset to your company 10/10.

He supplied costings and took the time to complete measurements that we needed to help us make our decision. He was very welcoming and at no time did we feel any pressure to buy which is excellent in our view. Superb service.
Conversations with other colleagues showed an equal level (high!) of courtesy making us feel valued as customers. A great team!!
Obviously, we have to wait until January to receive our order so are unable to comment further at this stage. A provisional big thank you then seems to be appropriate for the moment!!!
K. M.Went to showroom to find a sofa after unsuccessfull visits to other shops. As the sofa's are modular it gave us just the configuration that we wanted. Was looked after by Tom who was very knowledgable and gave us the right amount of attention while we were choosing, not too much or too little. Will report back when the sofa arrives.

We are repeat customers and have always been impressed in the past, Liam in the Riverside Retail Park in Northampton was very helpful and knowledgeable and went through all of the key features and benefits. Of course we ended up ordering a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa.

s. b.I have health problems. Liam was extremely helpful and showed me sofas that he thought might work for me. He was spot on, and it saved me sitting on every sofa in the store! (I had previously tried all the usual shops getting no help and finding nothing suitable.) I chose my fabric and ordered the sofa and scatter cushions. I am getting quotes for reupholstering 2 existing armchairs in the same fabric, and Liam can get that for me, so everything will match. I can't rate Liam and the store highly enough. Thanks, Liam!

F.We could not have been happier with Richard, after going round five other stores in Milton Keynes and not finding what we really wanted and being hastled by a couple of salesmen, which is something I really hate, it was so pleasant being able to look around hassle free. We went in for one thing came out with three, all that we were looking for in different shops.
Brilliant.
Also delivery was worked so it was a time convenient to me, so even better, they would also give me a call before they arrived just to make sure I was in. What more could you need. All this at what we thought was very competitive price.

Came out within 15 minutes with one that we liked and would fit in at the house.
Delivery was confirmed on Monday for Friday of that week.
Some places were saying 8-10 weeks.
So to get one delivered within a week is really good.
Would defo recommend.
