We decided we needed 2 of the chairs advertised on TV. Our local store is literally up the road from us. Jane was very friendly,very efficient and answered all my questions. The chairs were ordered,& delivered more or less when they said they would be. There was a problem with the clothe covering. I don't think they used one whole piece of material&the difference was very noticible. Lesley asked for Brian to come and look. No hassle, no drama changed it over for us(meant having 2 new chairs made).Due to having a shoulder op in Jan this year, I was so glad I had my chair. I was able to lie halfway down at night. We have them out in our conservatory &can really relax in them. One of the best decisions we ever made in getting them.

The customer service and knowledge of the staff, particularly Michele and Andy, is outstanding. I'm a serviceman with service related illness and they bent over backwards to help me. Friendly to my children, provided drinks and biscuits for all of us, and were friends rather than salesmen. Would recommend to anyone. Better than any other equivalent service provider in Norwich.
