We needed a mattress and some bedroom furniture, we walked in and Steve came over to offer assistance. We are so glad he did! He made it so much easier to find what we wanted and was very helpful. Salesman was engaging at time of purchase. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable about products except for one thing. He told us the company used for delivering our mattress would also take our old mattress away for a fee. They point blankly refused and said this was the second time today they had been asked to do this. It's not their policy. So sales man needs to get his facts right.

Joanne went through a number of options available to mix and match a perfect mattress, a decent divan base and a nice headboard. Even though I wanted the lesser known "small double"... that's a 4 footer to me ;) With her help, we created a custom solution for me. Not easy, as I have a spinal injury and a very strict taste in furniture. Not only that: I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the shopping experience. Unheard of, as I am a hetero bloke! I would give 10 out of 10 but alas, I can only give 5 out of 5... lol
