Lovely place to look around and very helpful friendly staff. We bought a corner set with fire pit, looks great and comfortable to sit on. It fits in very will with our existing garden furniture. Delivery was quick and a special mention to the delivery driver. He had to remove it from the box to fit it through the garden gate then took all the packaging away. Just need need some sun now, and a gas cylinder

I had ordered a garden set from a well known national furniture company but they couldn’t meet the delivery date they promised. I searched online & Duxburys Home & Garden had a very similar item at the same price. I messaged Sunday evening to ask about delivery, didn’t expect a reply until Monday but 2 hours later they replied to say it could be delivered ‘this week’. I placed my order Sunday evening & less than 48 hours later it was delivered. An excellent service and very happy with the garden set too!

We found Duxburys absolutely brilliant wanting to buy garden furniture they had the largest selection to choose from, really good prices staff were so friendly helpful without any sales talk . They gave us a delivery date time and stuck to it. John the delivery man was fantastic it came all boxed really well packed , he helped us unpack it which was great. We bought a rattan table set with 6 chairs from Duxburys. The communications about the delivery were excellent and the product arrived when forecast and well packaged. Driver was very helpful too! Very nice store. Lots of lovely items but, a little underwhelmed by choice and value. Went to purchase a artificial Christmas tree (small). Not a lot we liked but eventually found one that was OK. Nice selection of Christmas baubles and ornaments. Lights are lovely too. 😊

Let's just a say it a gem, can't wait to go back and , Wow what a find, stunning store with a beautiful display, staff were a joy, very chatty and helpful, makes a change to speak to someone who knows their job adequately and can tell you all about the items your enquiring about, plenty of room to move about and move about we did, the cafe is beautiful and the service excellent as is the food. Will we return? yes even though it is a 100 mile journey.

All good. Furniture just what we wanted, all assembled no probs. Delivery using van that could negotiate narrow streets, as suggested. Prior emails to state delivery time bracket, and phone call first thing on delivery day to say delivery time. Arrived spot on. What more can u want?

We went to Duxbury woods to see the owls and birds of prey . Well worth a visit. It was 2 1/2 hrs very well spent. Andy and all the volunteers are wonderful. Everyone who wanted to had owls and Harris hawks on their hands. At the end of the flights one of the volunteers brought out a lanner falcon and flew it and two wild Kestrels dive bombed it. Brilliant

I bought the 2 seater recliner set from Duxburys. Most of the products were faulty and even after replacements were sent, they were faulty too but I put up with the products as returning was too much trouble. The company always kept me informed about deliveries and collection but I feel the hassle with the faulty goods and lack of compensation for the trouble caused would not encourage me to use them again.

Despite this place being round the corner from where I live, I hadn't paid them a visit for at least a couple of years, maybe more. I was at a loose end today so I thought I'd call in. I was very pleasantly surprised! I had a beautiful fish platter in the restaurant - can't praise that highly enough, it was delicious! Staff were very friendly and attentive too. Then I had a wander round. They have some beautiful things, and I bought a really unusual fish water feature that I'd spotted in the foyer on the way in. Will definitely be paying another visit, and soon! 😎

Lost its way. One year it's garden, then it's s mixed, now it is just furniture. S'posed to be a garden centre... Okay, fair enough. But, why lose that wonderful restaurant? I know people who really miss it and travelled to you just to eat there , and aren't interested in a quick coffee and bun.
