My Mum got removable covers for her suite and new curtains. They look absolutely fantastic and gorgeous! You would never guess they were removable covers. As they are made to measure there are no wrinkles, sags, bags or rucks, common with stretch covers or 'off the peg'. She picked Monet and the pattern is beautiful. More contemporary than you would imagine. An almost vanilla cream base with a sage green leaves and peach, pale soft pink and soft yellow roses. So different from the plain suites atm. The rep came and left samples with Mum. This is especially good as it gives you an opportunity to see how it fits with your own decor and how it looks with your natural and artifical lighting. The covers are machine washable and if you happen to get a stain that you cannot remove they will come and remove it for you. The curtains are ring top and fully lined which makes them hang beautifully. They were expensive but considerably cheaper than getting a new suite! Mum's suite is a great suite and expensive, the frame and cushioning was sound, it was simply the fabric that was starting to look faded and worn so new covers was all that was really needed. So was definitely the greener option. All in all, my Mum is absolutely delighted and it makes her living room look so fresh, clean and even more homely. She highly, highly recommends Victoria Plumbs.

Absolutely delighted with the fitted covers. Amanda Skerritt was brilliant, she took so much care measuring the sofa & chairs, they fit perfectly. Unlike a lot of companies nowadays Plumbs answer the phone quickly when you ring them. Would definitely recommend.

The service from Plumbs has, so far, been excellent. From the initial phone call requesting details to the partial delivery I've received, I've been very impressed. Lindsay is an absolute pleasure to deal with & doesn't come in with the hard sell. She's clearly very knowledgeable & helped me decide on my new covers & curtains without being the slightest bit pushy and didn't rush me at all. My curtains were fitted last week & look amazing! Sofa & chairs currently away being covered & I'm expecting them back in a couple of weeks. The gentlemen who came to collect them were helpful & courteous. I am so impressed with the service I've received so far. Will update once furniture comes back, but I'm certain it'll be fantastic!!

We purchased our Durista suite of 2 Settees and 1 armchair about 20 years ago and we were considering a new suite. However we were comfortable with the suite and a new replacement set would cost around £7,000 at least. So with some trepidation we decided to approach Plumbs and have a quote to recover the suite. The quote was over £3,000 as we chose from their premium range of covers. The furniture was measured and photographed in detail and it was taken away at the time that had been agreed and we were kept in informed at all stages of progress. When it was returned we were very impressed - in fact the quality and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We would recommend anyone considering Plumbs to give them your business. I would like to say a hugh thanks to Plumbs for my loose covers. The quality and the fit are spot on. The material is far superior to the original cloth on my two sofas. The lady who came to the house with numerous samples was friendly, courteous and very patient. We were kept informed as to how long the covers would take to make and they were ready on time. Recently we had a bit of a spill on one settee back but it washed off so easily and you would never know it had happened. I would certainly recommend Plumbs and have done so to friends who have admired our new revamped settees. Try them and see. You can't beat a good family business.
