This company were a joy to deal with! They were extremely helpful right from the start and were full of great advice. The only problem was trying to choose which outdoor furniture we wanted as they have the most amazing selection to choose from. We could not be pleased with our sofas and coffee table. that were delivered this morning and coffee table as the quality is incredible and they look so smart. How do you write a glowing review in a just a few words ... just can't do it !!! We have had the pleasure of doing a little bit of business with Encompass over the past year, and in our case it was a little, not a lot. Regardless of that fact the service and engagement that we received from Simon and Luke was second to nothing in our previous experience. From the very beginning the communication and service has been exemplary, nothing being too much trouble in spite of a number of issues totally out of the control of Encompass, their professionalism, courtesy and persistence was wonderful in every possible way. The product that we have received from Encompass is of the highest quality and we are truly delighted with it. If this company works this deligently in these small matters I can only imagine how well a purchase experience would be for any of the very many luxurious and tasteful products that they are able to provide ... and there are very, very many! What a great customer experience from browsing the website, finalising choices, placing our order and receiving delivery of our new garden furniture. Simon was a fantastic help and kept us informed about delivery schedules. The delivery people were prompt, polite and professional and unpacked and set up the furniture, taking away all the packaging. It really was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Simon is beyond ethical. There were shipping delays due to the pandemic, and it was hard to know how legitimate things were during such a time, and it all turned out so beautifully.
