Wow we have just had a fantastic Team Innovations experience. Our new kitchen was 30 years in waiting. What we had was a tired cramped kitchen, a pointless narrow corridor, and a dingy cold draughty part integral garage which was used as a storage extension to the kitchen not ideal. When we started our search for a new kitchen we decided we needed a Company that could complete the whole project which would include walls knocked through, walls being built, floor levelling, plastering, electrical update etc and install a top spec kitchen to boot. We wondered if such a company existed. And happily can confirm there is! We had our first home visit from Gary, he was very knowledgable and passionate about his product, he gave us some common sense direction as to possible designs. This was followed by a visit from Craig who advised us more on the technical aspect of the project, building work, electrics etc. Then a further meeting with Gary who tailored our exceptions to our budget a very important part of the process discussing design , styles, appliance packages. The project itself was a fantastic event to witness, coming home each evening to see which bit of magic had been completed. Craig, Steve and Mark were very meticulous and very tidy cleaning up every evening. They certainly are a superb team. What we have now is better than any expectations we may have had, it's like living in another house as it has literally changed how we live day to day. We are now enjoying a superb modern kitchen, a fantastic utility room and no more draughts from the garage. We like to employ (whenever possible) local trades and in this respect we feel we've hit the jackpot we could not have hoped for a better final result and Innovations is just a mile down the road! Wow.... an amazingly planned, designed and fitted kitchen! The reality of our kitchen far exceeds what we imagined. A huge thank you to Gary, Craig and the team who went above and beyond! We had wanted a new kitchen for a long time but were worried that we wouldn't get the preperation work done by reliable tradesmen ( you hear such stories!). We needed a new ceiling and the walls skimming before we could even consider a new kitchen being fitted. Having considered all the usual companies we decided to give Innovations a try. Gary came to see us and take measurements etc, asked what we considered to be necessary and said that he had tradesmen that worked solely for him who could do the complete job from start to finish. He went away with all the information he needed to design a kitchen for us. This he did, we went up to the Innovations showrooms where he showed us a variety of kitchens and appliances which would be suitable for our particular kitchen. He showed us how we could make use of every bit of space! We agreed to use Innovations because they had all the tradesmen to do everything from the new ceiling to fitting the new flooring. Basically we closed the adjoining door to the old kitchen and let them get on with it! We were however kept informed and consulted, where necessary, at every stage. Craig ( the project manager) and his team were the nicest, most polite bunch of tradesmen you could ever want to do any work for you- and the tidiest. At no point were we left with any unnecessary mess and the rubbish was removed daily. Thanks to Gary, the owner and designer, Craig, project manager, and the rest of the friendly hardworking team, we have an extremely well designed, expertly fitted, top quality kitchen that we know will last for years. If you only read one line of this review it needs to be this one, simply put the quality of product and workmanship of Innovations is a cut above the rest. Starting with the initial visit to the showroom we have never met someone with so much enthusiasm for their product as Gary, although from the examples in the showroom right through to the final fit in our kitchen with the quality and finishing touches we can see why. Our previous kitchen was workable but it was function over form, an area that was simply for cooking. Innovations has helped turn this area into not just a room in the house but a space we are happy to spend time in that is ideal for living and socializing. The quality of product is second to none, the units are sturdy with a feel of class. The finishing touches, including custom cabinets to make the most of small spaces and feature cabinets for the extra wow complete the whole effect. The quartz worktops against the cabinets are a standout feature and the added breakfast bar is perfect. The appliances supplied are high spec and make cooking a joy. They are easy to use and full of great features. The workmanship and care taking during the installation is faultless, we have also never had such tidy workers on site. If only all fitters we have had over the years were this good. If you need a new kitchen then a visit to Innovations is a must.

Blown Away - They Really Are That Good. When we decided to replace our kitchen and bring it into the 21st Century, we reached out to a number of "premium suppliers" in North Midlands. Having received many plans, the proposal from Kitchen Innovations was the one that truly reflected all that we had discussed in the discovery stage. The design called for changes to the kitchen roof to allow a "fully fitted" form rather than a simple in/out offer. We were very impressed with the design and found agreeing a scope of works and sensible pricing for the project stress free and straight forward - you deal with the actual guys that design and execute the installation, not front men or professional sales people so the details are constantly on-hand and real. The installation process was promised to take four full weeks including changes to kitchen structure - it came in at exactly that, all trades people involved are directly employed by Kitchen Innovations, not contractors. Everyone was polite, clean and professional. The finished project far exceeded our expectations in terms of design, quality and installation process. The kitchen has been in place for three years and we now take it somewhat for granted, however, every guest visiting our home comments on our "amazing" kitchen - that's why I felt compelled to write this review. Kitchen Innovations will listen carefully to your needs, push your boundaries from a design perspective and then deliver an installation process that is flawless. The finished project will simply blow you away. We have since used Kitchen Innovations for further interior home projects and are always left with a result that exceeds our expectations. Give them the opportunity to design and execute your interior projects and you will be as happy as we have been. Truly outstanding local company with a superb team delivering five star results - cannot recommend highly enough.

Highly highly recommended!! Would not go anywhere else from now on . We were recommended by a close friend who have used Gary for over 20 years and on there 3rd kitchen from innovations so this says it all really ! On arrival welcomed by Gary who had great ideas, quality products and confidence we would be blown away buy the end result .... which we were not just by the kitchen and appliances but the whole experience and fit , Craig Steve and team are perfectionist! They’re experience and attention to detail shines through and We are truly blown away by the end result and could not of got the quality of kitchen or workmanship anywhere else. Having our kitchen fitted through lockdown with 4 kids 2 dogs was going to be a struggle , but Gary and team bent over backwards for us and completed in time even with delay on products due to lockdown ! We have recently used Gaz and his team to supply and fit our new kitchen, Gaz and his team came highly recommended by a number of friends and i must say they were totally right!! We wanted a bespoke high end kitchen to be custom designed to fit our new extension, they worked with us perfectly, project managing the whole thing from start to finish and giving you the advise and man hours you won't get with your general high street supplier, the whole thing was very easy going from start to finish and the end result was superb!! can't fault these guys in anyway shape or form and would totally recommend *****

We are delighted with our recent kitchen installation. Gary Cosgrove, designer and proprietor of Innovations listened carefully to our requirements and inspired us with his suggestions before designing the kitchen of our dreams. The installation went smoothly and seamlessly under the direction of Craig, Project Manager, and his team of in-house tradesmen who willingly and patiently undertook any afterthought ideas we had. We had confidence in all who worked on the project and had no qualms in leaving them alone in the house. We have only praise for Innovations' design, installation and customer service. After trawling around kitchen showrooms and having three other 'designs' and quotations, my hairdresser recommended Innovations. I am so pleased she did and would willingly pass on the recommendation to anyone looking for a company with a flair for design and quality.

I have used this company for a variety of projects,large and small,for in excess of 20 years and will continue to do so. Projects are delivered on time and within budget on each occasion and communication is always excellent throughout. It's also worth saying that they are very tidy as they work and myself and my family always feel happy to have them in our home - something that I know is very important to almost everyone having work done in their house as they live in it... Quality products,experienced designers and fitters,the showroom is the best I've seen,regularly updated and re-modelled as products and ideas enter the market. I wouldn't entertain going anywhere else.

One happy bunny - me! Love love love my new kitchen!!! I had the kitchen that I wanted in my mind, but the choices on offer from Innovations were amazing! I was `blown away` with all the little touches that they can (and did) add. Drop-down TV, (massive choice of) granite work surfaces, which continued on to include the windowsills, top name appliances, soft close drawers and ....well I could go on and on cos I`m so thrilled with the whole package! I was so happy with the end result (which I never imagined in my wildest dreams I could ever own) ... and the speed ...not to mention how pleasant and easy to have around, the workmen were, ... that I began to wonder if I shouldn`t have the same treatment in the master bedroom ... OURS .. (ahem!- behave!) OMG!!! I outlined my ideas and then saw them `come to life` in prints. It was amazing! Oh yes!!! I`m having some of this! ... I now have a bedroom of my dreams....I kid you not, - and if anyone wants to see this room, we`ll happily show you around (by appointment) cos I`m soooo proud of this. I think its a work of art. Its fab cos I`m only 5` 1" and can use ALL my wardrobes TOP to BOTTOM!!!! with `pull-down` handles on all wardrobe hanging rails. This enables me to have access to so much vital space. The added luxury of granite work surfaces (again) which I didn`t think I HAD to have in the bedroom ... but am so happy that I did now ... it just adds to the luxurious feeling I get each time I walk into the room. Oh! ... I just HAVE to say - `If you`re gonna do something properly - try them` (Innovations) Certainly look at the fab ideas they have. I`m not `well-off` ` but love my home. Innovations has been a real `find` for me, so if anyone out there is at a loss for inspiration , then ..... just "INNOVATE it" Thank you Innovations. You`ve been a Godsend!!!! x
