Staff helpful provided great assistance. However not 5 stars as failed to deliver leather suite on date promised, leaving us stuck over Xmas. However this was an issue for most of the main suppliers, so not entirely the fault of Oak Furniture Land. Did offer small refund for inconvenience. Will update review when leather suite has proven to be robust.

Great delivery service, 3hrs slot with notification 30 minute's when delivery is due. All furniture in perfect condition, only small error, missing seat pad. Packaging is rather a lot. Very satisfied with over all service. The Manager based at the Hanley store very pleasant and if you have a problem he sorts it out very quickly. I am a very happy satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Oakland furniture.

Can’t fault the service from this place, amazing from start to finish. The staff in store couldn’t have been more helpful and the delivery guys were brilliant. After an awful experience with another furniture company previously, we’re so glad we chose Oak Furniture Land for our new sofas as the quality is second to none. Excellent communication, regular updates and delivery on the exact date we were initially given. Not to mention the two free items we were able to choose worth up to £600!! Great company and beautiful furniture, worth every penny! X

A pleasant buying experience! We were greeted by a friendly lady called Kay. Not the usual self-effacing and patronising approach, this lady was about as genuine as I've ever experienced in a sales led environment. She gave us enough info on introduction and then just left us alone. When we needed to ask questions she was knowledgeable and very helpful without being at all pushy, in the end we were so impressed with the quality of the products and the helpfulness of Kay that we bought a whole makeover for our lounge diner! Almost £4,000 Eek!! We will have no hesitation going back there for other furniture as and when we need to. Thanks Kay and Oak Furniture Land!

* Review Updated: 12th September 2016 * Following my previous visit to this store a week later I have increased my original one star review to a 5 star review due to a vast difference in the attitude of the store's staff. Staff Members Served By: Jonathan & Helen I returned to the store after struggling to find furniture to suit the room we were trying to update. Oak Furniture Land in Stoke has a fantastic range of Furniture in its showroom on the Octagon Retail Park in Hanley. From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted by a polite member of staff who informed us he was available to help if required, this was a great start following our previous experience. Once we had narrowed our choice down to just 2 styles of Furniture Jonathan (Sales Advisor) was more than happy to help answer any questions we had regarding size, quantity and availability his product knowledge was second to none, I initially assumed he was the store manager as there was little he couldn't answer about the products we were looking at. It took only a few minutes to take us through the order process, we we're then passed to the store manager (Helen) to complete this process as we were desperate for a fast delivery and she didn't let us down, expecting to wait 14 days she managed to find us a slot in just 72 hours. Service like this doesn't happen in other furniture stores let me assure you. Overall a very pleasurable visit and many thanks to Jonathan and Helen for all the support and help ensuring we chose the right products to suit our needs. You are both a real credit to the store and the Oak Furniture Land team. - 11th September 2016 Constantly followed by female member of staff and informed every few minutes that the sale ends in less than an hour. Overall disappointed with the constant nagging by sales staff. It's a shame really as they have a great range of solid oak furniture and we would have made a purchase if the sales team weren't so pushy.

Visited this shop looking for a three piece suite greeted by helen and jon who guided me to area where the furniture was, then left me to browse at my leisure, but were on hand when i needed advice helen was very helpfull on advising me on colours that would match my living room. I had visited several furniture shops that day but none came close to the customer service i received here. bought suite 10 out of 10 for caring for the customer PS Helen makes a great cup of tea

Will not go back to this store again! We were pestered all the way around by someone who obviously felt they were being helpful. It was so annoying. In fact we had to wait until their back was turned so we could escape. Very unsatisfactory. Shame as they had some nice furniture.
