What a great experience shopping at ProCook. I bought Elite Pans, knifes and utensils. The staff were very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in delivering great service. Prior to our visit, I rang the shop to check whether the items we required were in stock. Spoke with Karen, whom was very helpful & immediately confirmed that they were available. Upon arrival at the shop approx. 1 hour later, we identified ourselves and she fetched our order straight away, and we were able to complete our purchase with no fuss. Our only observation was that the items were not boxed, however, they were wrapped for us to take to our car, and we would have preferred a 26cm wok & a 28cm pan and not vice versa. Very impressed with the service, though !
