Went to the shop twice this week and was pleasantly welcomed by Hayley. We bought dining chairs Monday and a set of sofas Wednesday. Hayley was very helpful and answered every question we asked. This is how a shop should be run by letting customers first look and decide what they require without being pressured. Brilliant experience thank you.

Can I just say how great it was going into a store and being respected. I am a disabled man and feel I down most of the time but Chris is Swansea store didn't make me feel that way at all. Chris is very knowledgeable about the product sold in store and never followed you around but was there to help if you needed help. The experience he provided was above and beyond. Thank you so much Chris. Will definitely recommend the Swansea store to friends and family.

Love this shop, in Swansea, got a lot of different furniture. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about their products, especially Hayley, the manager and Chris. One thing I liked was that you weren't followed around, they greet you and if we need help they're there to answer any questions. Definitely be back.

This is a incredible shop with the best prices. Hayley was and is very lovely, who provides incredible details about the product she sells. Just put down deposits for a 3 seater, 2 seater and chair, all electric recliners. Hayley never forces you to buy and is very welcoming, will be doing future furniture shoppings from here.
