We decided to knock through from the kitchen to the largely unused dining room. As most of the appliances and units were along the wall to be taken out we had to have a new kitchen. We visited the Dreams showroom in Wellington and had a couple of meetings with Jay deciding on the layout and the best units to suit our vision. He gave us a lot of time and helped with suggestions we had not considered. He than made a home visit to check on layout and measurements before the units were ordered. He organised all the trades people required to do the building work and installation making sure they a worked successfully around each other. A date and costings were agreed and a time scale of approx 3 weeks to complete. Work started on scheduled date and Paul the Builder, Neil the kitchen fitter and Will and Steve the electricians worked well together and did a fantastic job. Neil left the utility room until last so we still had access to a sink and put the microwave in a back room so we could have some meals at home. Jay popped in during the work to ensure we were happy with the progress and came once it was complete to ensure we were fully satisfied. One or two minor issues were quickly resolved. All mess was kept to a minimum and they tidied up before leaving each evening. Neil even recommended a decorator to paint all the rooms involved in the renovation and arranged for them to come in as soon as the work was complete. I would fully recommend Dreams Kitchens for a fantastic service. It has made a huge difference to the way we used the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is beautiful and everything was done in the agreed timescale . A big thank you to the whole team.

Jay from Dream Kitchens spent a long time with us discussing our requirements and suggesting ideas we hadn't considered. He produced a design that met all of our requirements and more. Spencer and Tom who fitted the kitchen were very professional and friendly and in particular tidied up every evening. Spencer also kept loss of utilities to a minimum so that we were able to use our cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer much more than we were expecting. The new kitchen layout has transformed the room; it feels far more spacious and is a delight to both cook and eat in. We would not hesitate to recommend Dream Kitchens.

The quality of the finished wardrobes and internals are superb and the additional chest of drawers are all perfectly scribed into the existing skirting for a great finish. We are delighted with our new kitchen from Dream Kitchens. We went to 2 companies for designs and quotes and found that Dream Kitchens gave us the design that met all of our requirements. When we met with Jay he listened to us, offering suggestions and discussing the layout, cupboards, work surfaces etc until we were happy with every detail. Jay works hard on the details, giving plenty of time for discussions ensuring he is providing the best service he can and the kitchen that we wanted. Spencer and Tom who fitted the kitchen were very professional and friendly; leaving the kitchen area clean and tidy even after the ceiling had been pulled down! Dream Kitchens worked perpetually to ensure that we were happy with our new kitchen. Initially I called all Kitchen remodelers within the area. But was most impressed with Dream Kitchens, when I was greeted by a lady who could not have been more pleasant, and helpful. I arranged for someone to visit, to give a quote. The owner, Jay, came to our home one evening, took measurements, and listened attentively to our requests, while giving ideas on how we could enhance the kitchen. I found Jay to be an articulate, genuine and extremely sincere gentleman. We were invited to visit the showroom before making any decisions, which was helpful, as we were able to add extras and change the design further. Jay welcomed us back to the showroom several times, and once we were ready, managed to schedule our work as soon as possible. After we placed the order, we decided to add a new appliance at the last minute. Nothing was a problem, Dream Kitchens sorted everything effortlessly. The work was carried out by Spencer and Tom with great professionalism, care and tidiness. Which is evident in the quality of our finished kitchen. The attention to detail, design expertise, quality of product, fitting and finishing touches have been outstanding, and fully surpassed our expectations. I'm glad we used Dream Kitchens, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had a Rotpunkt kitchen with Bosch appliances installed in our kitchen and utility in June/July 2020 by Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms. The handleless design works beautifully and the kitchen has many innovative features that maximise the storage space. The units are all superbly made. We are very happy with the service received from Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms and with the end result. Planning stage The planning stage was very smooth. We got many suggestions from Jay to satisfy our requirements. The CAD image produced by Dream Kitchens to give us a visual impression turned out to be very accurate. We got many options to fine-tune the design. Fitting stage The fitting was done by a very experienced fitter (Spencer), who was brilliant. This went ahead with social distancing because of the coronavirus pandemic. He consulted us every step of the way and gave us many further options in-situ, so our kitchen is now beautifully tailored to the space available. Three other businesses, subcontracted by Dream Kitchens, were involved: electrician, plasterer and the fitters of our quartz work surface. All three did a very good job. Despite the lockdown, all involved did their utmost to avoid delays; we were very impressed by that. All was done with care and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms to anyone who wants a stylish, state-of the-art kitchen fitted to a high standard.

Exemplary service from Dream Kitchens & Bathrooms from start to finish. Jay is a very talented designer who made use of each and every single space in my small kitchen. The work (carried out November 2020) involved a stud wall being knocked down, and the space being gutted to begin again from scratch. Including new flooring throughout, Jay’s totally bespoke design transformed two small rooms into one decent sized kitchen/diner. The materials used and appliances incorporated were all from high quality brands, and clever ideas were incorporated within the units. The tradesmen involved were friendly, professional, hard working and conscientious to a fault. Any issues were dealt with immediately and resolved. I never felt rushed when choosing what I wanted for the space on my initial showroom visit. I couldn’t be more delighted with the end result.

Thanks very much to Dream Kitchens for our magnificent Kitchen. I cant understand why there are not more reviews about this small family business. From the first contact we had when we visited the showroom our impressions with the quality of products they supplied was of a very high standard. After that initial visit and having seen other suppliers we decided to give Jay a chance to quote for our needs. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble in accommodating our needs. He made lots of good suggestions after visiting us at home and came up with a design which no one else had the foresight to propose. We kept tinkering with the layout and Jay always came up with a fresh perspective on how that could be achieved. We then changed the rules again and plumped for the German kitchen similar to the one displayed in the showroom. We sat back and waited for the German factory to produce the kitchen units after they validated Jay's design. This was different to experiences we had with larger national DIY chains when we had used them in previous homes and had found out recently from friends when the salesman had made a complete mess of measuring up. Jay's fitter Spencer and his sons came to confirm the design and ensure they agreed with all the details. On the first day of the 2 week installation Spencer arrived to carefully take out the old kitchen as we had sold it and while the buyers were loading the old kitchen a lorry and trailer arrived from Germany delivering the kitchen units. This was probably the only thing that we hadn't been warned about by Jay as it completely filled our garage and we did not expect it. After that Spencer made sure that we were always kept informed of what we could expect the following day as he progressed. The first week ended with the plasterer doing a superb job on the walls leaving the weekend for it to dry out. Week 2 was the start of seeing some units being fitted finally culminating in a completed kitchen by Saturday, after a superb job done by all. We are now enjoying our new kitchen and would highly recommend Dream kitchens and bedrooms to anyone.

When we moved into our new home a year ago we didn’t think we needed a new kitchen, however before long we realised we did! Dream Kitchens were one of the first Showrooms we visited and we were impressed with what we saw. One worktop in particular caught my eye and that it is now in our beautiful new kitchen. We worked together with Jay to choose the built in appliances, utilising the best layout and we choose two colour ways to give a more modern look. Jay was more than willing to listen to our requirements, suggest options and ultimately come up with the kitchen we have today. The Team of Fitters that came to Survey the kitchen led by Spencer were without doubt extremely knowledgeable and weighed up every possibility before work began. Choosing a Kitchen is one thing but it being fitted well is essential and ours was fitted superbly! Spencer never failed to consult me on any decision from exactly where the handles were to be placed to the height of the shelves inside the cupboards. We would most certainly use Dream Kitchens and Bedrooms again when it’s time to upgrade our Wardrobes. Mr and Mrs Edwards Delighted Customers.

I would thoroughly recommend Dream kitchens from our recent experience. Jay talked us through every step of our imagined new kitchen, demonstrating where he could our different ideas as to whether they were viable or not. He was full of suggestions of things we had not thought about and designed a kitchen far better than what we had in mind. He tried to find the best prices for the appliances and any deals that were on offer. Lockdown postponed our fitting date but Jay kept us fully informed of what was happening and as soon as we came out of lockdown a new date was set. We had changed our minds on a couple of items and Jay quickly sorted that to fit in with the design. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitters, Spencer and Tom were brilliant keeping us up to date with what was happening day to day. They were very efficient and tidied up every night before leaving. Dan the plasterer is a master of his craft so thank you to him and Steve the electrician was also brilliant. A very effective team throughout the whole process despite the delays in supplies because of the lockdown we were coming out of. Our kitchen far exceeds the template we had in our minds so a big thank you to all the team for an excellent job.

I needed a new kitchen to bring my house up to date Jay was approachable and patient as he went through all the options within my budget. It was very useful to talk through the different designs and also see how the new kitchen would look like using Jay’s software.
