Great customer service, had a little problem but everything was sorted by Jo. Jo is a credit to the company she goes out of her way to help you, nothing is a problem for her. Unfortunately the product we bought was faulty, BUT the customer experience from Jo was brilliant. Jo went out of her way to help us and fought our corner with the completely unreasonable supplier of our shed. Had she not stepped in this situation would not have been resolved. I just hope they can cut ties with that particular brand as they do discredit to Jacks Garden Store as a company. Will definitely be buying from them again, all down to the brilliant service.

Purchased a Barbados mini summerhouse/garden room from Jack's Harden Store. Super impressed. Competitive pricing, arrived before I expected and quality is absolutely superb. Assembled myself and instructions are a little vague but managed to build it in 5 days pretty much single handedly. Painting it took another 4 days as I gave it 2 coats of sadolin wood preserver and then 2 coats of sadolin opaque paint. Should last years. Jo was super helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a garden table and four chairs from Jacks Garden Store. The table arrived but the chairs were mislaid by the courier. However, Jo did a marvellous job of chasing the missing chairs, and kept me updated all the time - I take my hat off to her.

Many thanks to Jo for the excellent customer service we received following purchase of a garden table which unfortunately sustained damage during transit. Jo quickly arranged for replacement parts to be dispatched by the supplier and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Ordered a padstow log cabin and was so pleased with the customer service being ten stars if I could give them .Jo was fabulous right from the very start couple of items damaged in transport which Jo immediately rectified. Great price and delivery within the time frame when we ordered a garden furniture set from Jacks Garden Store. Decided to order from them due the great reviews they had received. Only issue which wasn't JGSs fault was the delivery people delivered to the wrong address which they rectified and we got no notification it was coming on that day. Really pleased with the furtniture though and would definitely use them again.

We were searching for a UK supplier to fulfill an Export order so that we did not pay VAT. Most suppliers we contacted either would not do it or did not know how to do it. Jo herself is brilliant and I definitely prefer buying from a smaller business rather than a large B&Q or Wickes type business, even if it’s slightly more expensive (not always the case) for the customer care/service that you receive. Communication throughout was top class and delivery was spot on with two great guys that were top class. The quality of the product itself is also top class and I’ve lately purchased quite a bit of treated timber from various suppliers and this is definitely good quality timber. So overall A+ and I would happily purchase again or highly recommend them all day long and Jo is a star.

We bought a Hampton folding garden bench on 8th June. Unfortunately the bottom metal strut had a bolt at one end which was to short. We were unable to fully secure the legs together. I contact Jo (Monday) to explain the problem and then e-mailed photos to her. I have had an e-mail this afternoon (Tuesday) informing me a new bench is being despatched tomorrow. The measure of good service is how issues are managed - and I cannot fault Jack's. Several months after a very efficient delivery of a lovely fire pit table set, I realised we had a minor missing item. My problem was resolved in the most efficient and courteous manner. It really gives me faith and confidence in recommending these people Extremely happy with our BBQ firepit table set and the service was exceptional - I was contacted personally to confirm delivery as well as being sent photos of the item prior to delivery to check I was totally happy with the item. I just wanted to thank you for your first class service and very competitive pricing. We ordered a 4 x 2 wooden storage shed at the height of Covid-19 lockdown. Your competitors were all quoting from 3 - 4 months delivery time but Jo checked and, within a few hours, confirmed a date within four weeks. The shed arrived on the day booked, a couple of hours early, with all precautions against cross-infection taken by the Shire delivery driver. From the intial order, through delivery, building, a couple of minor hiccups along the way, to the final photos of the finished article Jacks Garden Store have been impeccable - and Jo a pleasure to deal with! Order process was simple and delivery quicker than anticipated. The quality of the playhouse is excellent and sure to offer many years of happy playing for my 3 children. The instructions were simple to follow and the build process enjoyable - I am by no means an expert chippy but was able to complete to an acceptable standard and something to be proud of. As intimated there was a slight issue with the ladder/steps supplied but Jo in particular, along with other members of the team, resolved them quickly, apologetically, and without fuss. And to reiterate, Jacks Garden Store are not the sort to take your money and forget about you, they showed genuine interest in the build progress and completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company or the product.

Due to our location we needed to find out about delivery as we weren't sure about lorries being able to access the area. The delivery people were great keeping us updated all the time and the driver herself was polite and helpful.
