m. c.Absolutely love the cabinet Amanda sourced and transformed for me. From the start she listened to what I wanted and found a cabinet in really good condition for a good price. It was a beautiful piece before Amanda got to work, but afterwards what a transformation! The colour is lovely and the paint job very well done. I get lots of compliments on it all the time and it is certainly the centre piece of my living room. Would highly recommend.

As a complete newbie I was a little bit nervous before attending, but needless to say any apprehension quickly disappeared when I walked through the door and met Amanda.
Amanda is a lovely lady who went out of her way to make me feel totally relaxed and confident in my newly learnt skills. I enjoyed every aspect of the day, even the preparation which I now know is essential to getting a great finish on the furniture piece.
.This was a totally immersive experience from start to finish, with Amanda providing detailed instruction, observation and then feedback during every step of the process. This was invaluable, as it helped to build up my confidence and abilities.
I didn't know what to expect from the workshop, but it exceeded my expectations by far. I would definitely recommend this fantastic workshop experience to anyone looking to learn how to paint furniture. In fact, given the chance, I'd love to return to learn another technique in furniture upcycling.
Amanda's a fantastic teacher, she's generous with her knowledge and all the hints and tips I've come away with are going to be invaluable in every project I take on board.
